phoned to ask two questions got the answers placed the order online 11th december deliverd 12th december free of charge

I purchased 2 quad bikes for my children aged 3 and 5. The bikes were easy to assemble and look fab! I has a slight issue with one of the sounds on the steering bars.I emailed the company at five minutes to midnight on Christmas eve and got a response within 30 minutes on Christmas morning which resolved the issue. Brilliant customer service. I couldn't recommend this company more and will use them again in the future.

What a brilliant jeep. If you are looking for a jeep that is for older/bigger children at the right price then this is the one for you. Most other electric vehicles of this price are for toddlers up to about 2 years. My grandson is 3 but as big as a four year old. There will be plenty of room in this for him and his 3 year old cousin too. He's going to have a heck of a surprise for xmas. Took about 4 hours to build and need socket set to tighten up the wheels but it's going to all be worth while when I see his face on xmas morning. Definitely recommend this product for the generous size and the price. Do need somewhere decent to store it though when not in use. Would be fine in the shed so long as the batteries are kept inside.

Instructions were very poor, found two parts that's would not fit (looked on other forum sites and found this was a recurring problem) the car costs so much money, but doesn't come with the 5 double A batteries that it requires, which I thought was a bit ridiculous, but I'm still giving this 4 stars as after it is FINALLY put together, the car looks and works great and my child adores it!

I found the website easy to use & the price was one of the cheapest online, however delivery was slow promised 1-2 working days actual delivery was 7 working days! Had to phone an 0845 number to find out what the delay was! Overall experience was satisfactory

I purchased a kettler top trike, it arrived within the given time scale. Unfortunately the trike had been damaged in transit (minor). So I phoned playtimes customer service team and I was immediately offered a replacement product or a partial refund. Excellent customer service. Very happy, would definitely recommend.
