No payment confirmation screen
After entering my card details to pay, the screen went straight back to the webpage and it said that there was nothing in my basket? There was no thank you or confirmation of payment screen - very dangerous and misleading. I had to check my emails as was uncertain if I needed to buy again!!

GM prima 808 harrow
I ordered the GM prima 808 harrow for my son. We are in Australia so wasn't sure how long it would take to get here. The bat arrived on Friday, not much more than a week from the time I placed my order. The bat looks the goods and the young fella is pumped. Hopefully he can get a few with it this upcoming season.
I'll definately be buying more kit while the exchange rate works in our favour

Satisfactory experience
I ordered a set of darts and a shirt only from this site. Two days afterwards I did not receive any email on whether the order has shipped. I have followed up on when the order would be shipped by sending an email to the address provided on the site and also sending a message through the site's online form but did not receive any response until more than a day after I sent the e-mail. By way of update, they sent me an email a day after my email, informing me that the order has been dispatched. I received the package two days ahead of the estimated arrival date and I now enjoy the good quality of the Unicorn products.
