We advised you same day to place another order and we would combine in our warehouse. You replied saying we should just send the first order - subsequently, you wrote again on April 15th at 17:04 BST to say please could we infact combine the two orders. We have retrieved the individual orders and they have left our warehouse today. I'm sorry that you feel this is 1 Star performance - we most certainly have replied to you and are pleased to have been able to combine the shipments together. We hope that you are pleased with the goods when they arrive.
