My bat I purchased has broken twice now. The first time the damage occurred during a net session and I sent it back for repair. Last weekend it broke in the same place as the first and even worse this time and is beyond use now. Im yet to hear from anyone at the company, I understand a few employees are furloughed but I would very much like the situation rectified either via full refund or a new bat.

Fast Shipping
The best thing I liked was their fast shipping and it is even free over a certain order amount. I hope they also have some regular promotions or discounts. GM cricket gear, especially the bats are one of the best.

I am in US I bought a limited edition bat I was expecting it be good quality one but unfortunately this bat has lot redwood and not near the standards of limited Edition I complained and customer service was asking me return the bat with my own expense on shipping it was a rip off very bad experience I will never buy again Online from thIs company

Good bat! Need better unboxing
The bat is very good and light as expected. Their website is very nice wan has all the details required to make a decision in order to purchase anything. One development point i would recommend is to include a bat cover alongwith the purchase. The bat arrived in literally a cardboard box which is not one of the best unboxing experiences. Also please specify on your website if the bats are machine knocked or knocked by hand. Although my bat seems to be knocked it would still require some knocking in order to smoothen the surface out.
