Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 109 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people expressed strong dissatisfaction with the product, describing the gameplay as unfair or lacking transparency, leading to a perception that card deals were not random and resulted in frequent losses. Customers also found the website and app to be problematic, citing issues like excessive pop-ups, distracting features, and a poor user experience that frequently led to frustration. The pricing structure was also a major point of contention, with many feeling pressured to constantly purchase chips due to the perceived unfairness of the game. Reviewers consistently reported a negative user experience, characterized by a lack of genuine poker play and a focus on encouraging frequent chip purchases. They felt the game's design led to a cycle of buying more chips. Some also mentioned that the app's "updated" versions reduced visual quality and added unwanted screen elements, further detracting from their enjoyment.

Warning: Banned After Spending Thousands on playwsop.com

This is a cautionary tale. PlayWSOP (owned by Playtika) will gladly accept thousands of your dollars, only to ban you and your entire team without a valid explanation.

In June 2025, I started playing on playwsop.com. The game was addictive, and I began topping up for in-game items, believing in supporting the developers. Our spending grew significantly when my family got involved in the "Beat The House" team-play mode. We grinded team points and expanded our spending into the hundreds of USD.

By July, our team grew to 28 members. We moved our operations to my internet cafe to play together. It is critical to note that:

We never played on the same cash table.

We never participated in a single tournament together.

As the team leader, I was the sole person topping up all 28 accounts using my Apple account and Google Pay. My account reached Platinum status, and the other 27 reached Gold status. This represented an investment of thousands of USD.

After three months, we stopped spending for about three weeks as team rewards were sufficient. Then, on September 17, 2025, the bans hit. In two waves, 20 accounts were wiped out. The first wave banned 4 accounts during a video poker game; the second wave the next day banned the remaining 16.

We played fairly. After a careful review of their Terms of Service with our lawyer, we confirmed we did not violate them. The only possible point of contention is that we shared my internet cafe's IP address.

When we contacted support and even Playtika directly, we received only generic, copy-pasted replies before being completely ignored. They accepted all our payments but refused to give us a specific reason for the ban.

I have since requested chargebacks from my card issuer. I suggest you do the same if this happens to you—the process is straightforward.

Final Verdict: Do NOT trust Playtika or its games. In my 26 years of online gaming, their games have the most intrusive ads. As for the game being rigged, their own "for entertainment purposes only" disclaimer admits it. We will not let these rippers take our money easily.

Most dishonest online poker game on the Web

This is the most crooked poker game I have come across on the internet. Playtika's goal is to entice players to purchase chips and to insure this happens the hands are manipulated by the App to make you lose. This is most evident in their BTH (Beat The Hand) contests where I have witnessed the Playtika dealer draw 3 straights in a row followed by 2 full houses not to mention how many times the dealer will not qualify when the table has winning hands. This returns the wager to the players and eventually everyone is worn down
Not surprising Nevada sanctions this game, you have to be an idiot to believe it is an honest game and it should be investigated..

I’ve played over 300 forty million…

I’ve played over 300 forty million tournaments and won 244. That said, when the prize wheel was spun it came up 80 million more than 90% of the time. The lowest possible prize. So when people ask is it rigged? Absolutely!!!

This game is CLEARLY a scam

This game is CLEARLY a scam. I do not know exactly how they manipulate the game in order to maximize profits, but I am CERTAIN that they do. This game does not in any way resemble reality. I have lost BILLIONS of chips there, by getting all of my chips in as an overwhelming favorite. BILLIONS. If you get your chips in as a 98 to 2 favorite on the turn, or more likely, your OPPONENT goes all in as a 98 to 2 dog on the turn, your opponent WILL hit the 1 or 2 outer on the river. Moreover, the same type of super-rare cold deck hands will hit you over and over--you will play AA and flop AKK, now you have aces full! Then the river will be a rag, then a king on the river. You opponent will have gone all in for huge amounts, and will river quad kings, starting with king rag. This happens over and over and over for a while. Then it will be some other outrageous thing. Also, if you dare mention this in the "chat", you will instantly be met with overwhelming abuse. As if the game does not brook any descent in chat, the chat bots will attack. It is SOOOOOOO predictable, and SOOOOOOO mathematically obvious, I cannot understand how this obvious carnival game scam is still allowed to operate in the US. It ought to be illegal. It is an OBVIOUS scam. And the WSOP ought to be ashamed for lending its name to this card cheat program. Serious legal action is in the works. This criminal activity shall not be allowed to continue for much longer. It is my hope that the criminals running this scam will be held to account with long terms in small concrete cells. That is what they deserve, at best, as card cheats.

Please fix the issues

So many tech people there and you still can not fix the problems. Like playing cards but if you can not fix the in game problems, you take most of the enjoyment out of playing. Variety of games is nice. Non competitive winning games are okay also. Much potential not being taken care of

This is the most bullshit site ever

This is the most bullshit site ever. I cant understand how Ceasars and the state of LasVegas can allow this site to run. It's complete robbery, with no chance of winning.
They have multiple bots that aways cooler you and take all your chips. You will also see repetitive hands that you get coolered by. Their random generater is not random at all. If you play long enough after losing alot of money, you should see a pattern of your losing hands to these bots.

Im warning anyone out there that is thinking of playing here. Just because they have the backing of Caesors and the WSOP, doesnt mean this site isn't rigged. This site is the most rigged site ever. All they care about is how much you deposit.

Also, dont be fooled by the deposit match. I made an initial deposit of only $300 usd. Now after spending more than $4000 and playing for hundreds of hours, i have only recieved $180 of it.
I will never play at this damn site again.

This site stole my money

This site stole my money. Not with bots or unrealistic odds, just plain theft, charging me for chips I didn't buy. They refused to refund me. They also lie about certain free chips. Then they called me a liar. Zynga also doesn't credit for all winnings. It takes a lot of chips to play with people who take the game more seriously. And yes, there are a lot of inappropriate comments from players.

This game is the biggest joke on the…

This game is the biggest joke on the Internet when you give a bad review like Phil H would say because of all of the discrepancies and or you stop spending money thinking oh I want a massive hand. I’ll be able to play for a while. You don’t you start playing people even in three man tournaments that hold do seven all suited deuce for all suited, etc., and they hit in 90+ percent of the time on the river. I’ve had four kings beaten by four aces four times in two months same with full houses, etc. it is a massive massive scam. It is fine if you got the money to just buy coins every week or every couple of days and they’ll let you win they’ll let you hit on the little slot machines but once you take a break from spending you start getting punk slapped and they try to make you think you’re playing real people you can see that they hardly have any coins left at all. They go all in for millions and they knock you right out and I mean on the river you can sit there with three kings all day long they flopping on the river you will lose I promise you if you work hard for a living do not give these ja your money and whenever they block you out or you punkabout it to customer service they don’t even respond. They just leave you getting your nuts kicked in the funniest part is they’ll show stats on a certain hand a percentage you would win if you got this that or the other, that does not happen, you will find yourself getting screwedon the river or some JA that holds a deuce of diamonds in a three of clubs that always hits on the river to beat your better hand. You know a real poker players hand please stay away bless you’re loaded or you’re the housewife that just takes your man’s money in the afternoon and just buy his token and token. I’ll tell you something else that’s hilarious and giving this review. They highlighted a couple of curse words I put yeah it on the Internet you can watch man own man and girl own girl or your children can see it and yet even this place is concerned about a couple of curse words our country has went down so far

I find it hard to believe that this…

I find it hard to believe that this Israeli comapny can run a totally rigged card game in the United States. The cheating by WSOP is so obvious. They are literally stealing money from chip buyers by cheating at a card game. Under no circumstances should anybody use this site and pay for chips. They will just cheat and steal your chip money. They say it is free, that is their loophole. You don't have to buy chips.....but if you do they will steal them, and the money you used to buy chips, with cheating and stacking the deck. Nothing about this website is statistically accurate. The game and website is addicting. Stay far away. Great graphics and fast play......but they are cheating and stealing from people. Again, how a rigged card game is legal in the United States is beyond me. For all of you that lost your money be aware that this is an Israeli company that actually trades on the New York stock exchange under the name Playtika. Unbelievable!!! The next time you think about Israel remember the theives at Playtika and WSOP. WSOP is supposed to be a reputable card playing organization. They are worse than Playtika. WSOP is sanctioning and supporting a company and website that openly and obviously cheats at poker. Why is WSOP supporting a company and website that cheats at poker.....I honestly don't know. I saw their brand on this and thought it must be legitimate since WSOP is the poker brand that we all know about. I was very very wrong. They are supporting a company and website that cheats at poker. Shame on Playtika....and super shame on WSOP for promoting a company and website that cheat at poker games. Bad stuff. Stay away from this New York stock exchnage listed company that makes money by rigging poker games and stealing your hard earned money.

I've kept a spreadsheet. This app is so dishonest. They state that an event lasts X days and along the way they shorten the duration. THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST APP I'VE EVER SEEN. THEY SIMPLY CHEAT. When you have to risk 600,000,000 chips 128 times to get a ring and the bonus is 600,000,000. TOTAL GARBAGE! THEY JUST WANT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
