Ridiculous shipping charges
Ordered a $65 model kit. Received it and then received a bill from UPS for an additional $22 shipping. I paid $44 shipping at check out. Hidden in the terms and conditions there is a section that says there "may be some additional shipping charges ". It should be listed in tje shipping section just like Ebay does it. I would never have paid $66 to ship a $65 item
Don't be fooled into trusting their shipping amount. You will be sorry!!!!

The additional charge you received was not a shipping fee from our store, but an import tariff/customs charge collected by UPS when the package arrived in your country. These government-imposed fees are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout, and unfortunately are outside of our control.
We do note in our Terms & Conditions that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. We understand many customers may not expect these charges, which is why we also offer certain shipping options, such as FedEx, that specifically state customs/tariff fees are included when applicable.
We appreciate your feedback and understand the frustration unexpected import charges can cause.
Great service and quick shipping
Ordered a Japanese release of a beyblade I've been really wanting. Shipped out from Japan within 24 hours and was delivered to Alberta, Canada 2 weeks later. My item was packed very well and arrived in pristine condition. Definitely would shop here again.

Expect High Shipping Costs
I paid about $45 USD in shipping costs.
I paid ~$20 at time of purchase which I thought was all I would have to pay, but the courier charges another $25 which I was not adequately informed about.

This is an excellent retailer, and our go-to among Japanese sites selling our favorite action figures. Their prices are competitive, customer service is responsive, and their speed of delivery is the fastest among all the Japanese sites we use. Tip: The UPS shipping option is our favorite, even though it’s pricier.
