The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I wasn't exactly sure what would suit the room so I phoned and Harriet and Niamh were both so helpful, advising me on fabrics and colours. I was a little nervous waiting for delivery, hoping it would look nice, but I literally couldn't be happier, they look like they were meant to be. I can't believe I didn't have them sooner! The quality is amazing, the fabric is beautiful and they fit perfectly, it's brilliant. Thank you Team Pleat!

Quality materials and mechanism, solid, good looking and easy to use.

I used Pleat for my curtains and was extremely impressed with the service, especially considering everything was handled via email and phone with no in-person visit. I was very specific about the dimensions and the overall look I wanted, as these were premium luxury curtains, and the team double-checked all details carefully. I ordered a very large ceiling-mounted track with Lazy Sunday–style, blackout-lined, single-stack curtains in a linen blend (Colour Chamonix - picked from the samples ). I mainly corresponded with Harriet, who was fantastic, but every other team member I spoke with was equally helpful. The track and curtains were delivered exactly when promised, and with a bit of help from family, I put them up myself — they look absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended. Gorgeous!!

The customer service was absolutely unbelievable - Harriet followed up every step of the way & even helped me source a particular fabric when I couldn't find the exact thing I wanted. The curtains have arrived & they look amazing, I'm so pleased with them. A 5 star experience from start to finish.
