Bought toilet seat thru Amazon. One of the brackets failed. Requested replacement sent photo. They acknowledged my request and did absolutely nothing to assist. Would not recommend. Customer service is rubbish.
I would not recommend the toilets seats. We have had ours for less than a year and it has already split. I won't be buying from Bemis again!
Well I purchased a toilet seat manufactured by bemis after 2 months it split right through .i went back to amazon who I purchased it from and they said I had to get a refund from the manufacturer bemis I contacted bemis they said our products are guaranteed for 2 years but you have to clam from amazon,Amazon said no bemis,bemis flatly refused to refund or replace the product so their 2 year guarantee is totally worthless.they are not disputing that the product is faulty just will not honour their so called 2 year guarantee.they must be so proud ripping off an old aged pensioner I hope they enjoy their 42 pieces of silver they robbed me of .
