The item was never sent and when I raised the issue with Paypal, the company who took the money was called CoinPromos... so this is clearly a scam. I missed my chance to get my money back from Paypal... don't make the same mistake!

I suspect this company is in China. There’s a UK phone number on the website but no address. I stupidly bought a pricey ergonomic chair 12 days ago. The listing said it would be delivered from UK in 2-3 days. I haven’t had a single email from them apart from the one confirming the order. I have opened a dispute with PayPal and haven’t had any reply to my messages.

Contacted by email twice, no answer on number cannot return dog coat to exchange for another size. I would avoid buying from them

I wish I had read this before I ordered two heated gilet and battery pack from Ploopz. Jackets took ages to arrive and were useless without the battery. When the batteries eventually arrived the jackets still didn't work and one of them had no instructions or safety marks. After half an hour trying to get them working I gave up.

The reviews on their own website are glowing and total opposite to what I see here.

Had awful struggle to get hold of them for returns labels. Eventually they responded with an apology but still no sign of return and refund labels.

I will be talking to my credit card company to raise a section 75 claim today.

Wish I read the reviews on here before ordering.
I ordered x2 Extra large Navy Sofa throws. After waiting ages for delivery and no response to my email. The throws that arrived are nothing like the photo. The photo shows Dark Blue and these are completely different. You can't get through to anyone on their contact number. I have emailed for a full refund.

I purchased an item a month ago, no item, no reply to my emails, absolutly shocking customer service, my advice, avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs !!! Ordered knives September still no knives and still no response after several emails sent !!!! Just set up a PayPal dispute, hopefully resolved soon n get my money back

Appalling. No goods. No answer to emails. Like other customers, I would urge anyone NOT to buy from these crooks.

What an awful company. Even after you complain they do not contact you to resolve. Money grabbers a scammers. should not be allowed to sell as you do not receive your item both me and my sister ordered and we both have not our item .... its been 3 months....

Ordered in August and now the subject of a credit card dispute. They keep sending emails asking for reviews of our shopping experience… it’s in the title…

Having bought my second knife at the end of June I am more than upset that the rivets have come out.
Water seems to have leached into the handle and rusted the hilt thus dropping the rivets out.

Cant get response from customer service???

Finally, my order arrived after more than a month. I emailed and complained about it, and they blamed COVID-19 for the delay. I was disappointed at the set of knives. They're from China (as the tracking shows) and of poor quality. Don't be carried away by the sleek advertising in their website. Avoid buying from this website, you cannot return them.

It took 25 days from placing my order for knives. Not the best service ever but I am happy with the knives.

I ordered a heated jacket from this site, it worked for a day then stopped working, I have emailed them on numerous occasions with no reply, they are not good quality as they stated and definately not worth the £89 they were retailed at, the cheap chinese ones for £20 off ebay are better than this, I would definately avoid this site

I love my knives, delivery time was about 15days but it is worth it. My husband is now helping in the kitchen just to use them :p

Scammers. Sent a faulty rubbish leds. Told me to return to Morocco. They do not answer emails either!

i was scammed. I received different thing that I ordered. I asked refund via Paypal because there was no contact from seller at all and I was told to send it back to Marco where shipping cost was 17£ so I ask for prepaid label and I was declined

Scam artist. Do not order. They will take your money and never ship the goods. They will not reply back to emails.

Wrong size of item sent (smaller size, £10 cheaper)
Have not responded to four emails
