Support Delayed Until Refund Period Expired – Plugin Did Not Deliver Required Tracking Automation

I purchased this plugin for one specific reason: to automatically send tracking information to customers after shipping.

Before purchasing, I made it clear that tracking automation was a critical requirement for my business. Over the course of nearly 30 days, I spent considerable time working with support, testing configurations, and following their recommendations.

Only after the refund period had effectively expired was I finally told that the plugin could not perform the workflow I originally needed. Instead, I would have to manually update tracking information and manually change order statuses before customers receive tracking details.

Had this limitation been disclosed clearly from the beginning, I would never have purchased the plugin.

What is most frustrating is not just that the plugin failed to meet my requirements, but that a significant amount of my time was spent troubleshooting and communicating with support right up until the end of the refund window. Had I received a clear answer earlier, I could have moved on to a different solution.

Support was polite and responsive, but responsiveness is not the same as resolving the issue. The product did not deliver the functionality I purchased it for, and my refund request was denied.

We installed the Plugin Hive…

We installed the Plugin Hive Woocommerce Shipping Services plugin on our site to automate the Australia Post part of our business.
The setup was a bit tricky due to our complicated shipping, but the team at PluginHive was amazing, they responded quickly to our emails and also supported us via phone calls until everything was the way we needed it.

I had a great experience with Excellent Support for Canada Post Integration

I had a great experience with PluginHive support. I was struggling with Canada Post API integration in WooCommerce, and their team handled everything very smoothly.

They quickly identified the issue (authentication error) and guided me step by step until real-time shipping rates started working perfectly. Their response was fast, clear, and very professional.

Highly Recommend PluginHive

Troubleshooting support is exceptional

I set up an appointment to help troubleshoot a complex shipping set-up with my Woocommerce store in Wordpress. I needed to connect my Stamps.com account but the plugin didn't give the option to use UPS shipping in the default. The communication has been extremely prompt and responsive. Manohar got on a screenshare video call with me today and guided me to set up an intermediary (free) account with Easypost which enabled the UPS rates to come through with our Stamps.com discount.
These guys are exceptional! To have a real human being be so available, knowledgable and helpful is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend PluginHive. Thanks guys!

Email Spam forever....

Do not give them your email address because they will email you forever, no matter how many times you ask them to stop. I have repeatedly requested they stop for years now. They say OK, "we will stop" and then they carry on. I do not use their plugins just on principle because of this privacy abuse.
