Plumbbox - proof that you can get great prices and quality service
You might be forgiven for thinking that low prices and good customer service don't go together but in the case of Plumbbox you'd be very wrong, I've only used them once but they absolutely delivered on both. They have an excellent range of quality product at brilliant prices that my merchants can't come close to. When I eventually placed an order, I'd missed their next day delivery cut off time by 15 mins but added a note asking if there was any chance of a next day delivery I'd be very grateful. Within 10 minutes the excellent Chris was on the phone to confirm they could still make the next day (before 10am), changed the delivery address to my customer and also confirmed that some product would follow as it was out of stock. Next morning as I unloaded my tools my delivery turned up bang on time, Chris then called later in the day to confirm when the remainder would be with me. I will definitely be ordering again, thank you for your exemplary customer service and great prices!
