Thank you so much to Plumbcare, for having the likes of Jordan Jackson what a brilliant, punctual fantastic man. Extremely professional helpful and reliable tradesman. Fixed my burst shower pipe instantly. Also triple checking the work and really paying attention to detail. Plumbcare definitely have some quality workers like Jordan who do a fantastic job to perfection and very reassuring.

Jordan came out to find and fix a leaking pipe above our dining room. He had to take out part of the ceiling and replace a joint. He did a really neat and thorough job and cleaned everything up afterwards. A really friendly and professional young man, I would highly recommend him.

Boiler gets serviced, a couple of weeks later it's leaking from where the PCB is (Ideal logic h18). Boiler is around three years old and never missed a beat.

Call to see if someone can come and assess the leak. I'm told it'll be the standard callout fee circa £90 because 'the engineer left the boiler in a working condition'. I express that a leak wouldn't be observed within the timeframe of the engineer being at the premises which to me, seems pretty obvious.

Absolutely no accountability or customer support. Would not recommend.

Awesome service from start to end. Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and Plumbcare came to the rescue. From my initial call the problem was resolved within 3 hours and at a very competitive cost. The call handler couldn’t have been more helpful and the plumber sent was very professional. Would recommend highly.

I needed an urgent response to a leaking boiler over the weekend and tried several emergency plumbers. Plum care quoted half the hourly rate if others and an engineer arrived when they said they would and did a great job within the hour. Excellent professional reliable service

Alex from Plumbcare attended within an hour after we made the call to fix our toilet. He was polite, friendly and got to work straight away. He replaced most of the parts inside the cistern even parts that weren't broken just because he said they looked as if they could do with replacing! Overall really efficient, really helpful. Recommended.

Had a leak in the pipework under my kitchen sink. Called my insurance company and they sent Alex from Plumbcare out (after another company had attended and made a poor attempt to fix it). Alex had the job done in 10mins, explained everything and was polite and friendly.

I have just had the excellent experience of Plumbcare Yorkshire attending to my failed toilet flushing system.Michael arrived after ringing to inform me of his arrival time.He was very professional, his workmanship was brilliant and put me at ease.He went above what I expected and will definitely use Plumbcare again.

We needed an emergency plumber and this company was so helpful. The communication was excellent, keeping us informed when to expect his arrival. And although it was a late appointment, the plumber was extremely professional and pleasant, and within minutes the job was done!

Our home insurance company arranged for Plumbcare to attend to fix a leak that had caused a fair amount of damage to the room below. We had managed to contain the leak but had been left without hot water. They were busy but still managed to attend within 4-5 hours.
Alex attended and quickly understood our problem, made a repair and stayed with us until he was happy our hot water system and shower were working properly again.
