Absolutely rubbish, left us with no heating or water, reported a problem 21st Nov and they sent a plumber who replaced the wrong part so boiler broke down again 21st Dec. We were told they were sending an engineer Friday 23rd Dec and he didn’t turn up. After waiting an hour for them to answer the phone they said they had no available plumbers leaving it too late to sort anything out. The result of this is that my husband and myself are pensioners and have been left with no heating and no water till after Christmas

Jordan attended tonight to fix my leak. He was very polite and explained everything he was going to do. He tried his hardest to fix it but with the short time allocated he wasn’t able to even though he tried his hardest to. I am very happy with the service from him and he made sure I was able to have water from upstairs and heating. Thanks Jordan you were a star

I have covered for this vompany through my AXA Insurance that provides emergency cover supposedly when you unfortunately need it.
Contact 1; Toilet leak. I identified the problem myself and reported as such. Call wait time was acceptable. Plumber 1 came out same day (I was not present). Bodged job. Still leaking.
Contact 2. Inordinate hour-plus delay on the phone. Explained the problem. Plumber 2 came out the same day. I was not present. He claimed there was no leak and itcwas caused by condensation and the shower. Nonsense. Contact 3 and complaint made. Plumber 3 came out. I was present. He was a young guy who was,mega efficient and agreed that there was a,leak and that he would resolve. He did just that. Meticulous worker. Job completed finally to satisfaction.

plumber was a bit stand offish, pay cover through Scottish power for my boiler care. Did explain the boiler was tripping out intermittently when I rang and the call Center lady was very helpful. Plumber however picked fault with everything had baxi cover for years never a problem. This one picked out an apparent fault with the pipe coming from my meter when I said well British Gas installed that meter he said no they didn’t ! Oh yes they did rude Man how would he know left me feeling quite annoyed. And then said I was covered for intermittent faults !

All the team at Plumbcare, from Receptionists through Engineers and Accounts all want to make sure that you are happy with their service. And we are. Top team. Top company.

Very poor service from Jordan, was very polite to start with until I said I was not happy with his work due to issues caused by him self he became very rude and very disrespectful towards my disabled partner leaving her in tears, plumbcare and Jordan knew my partner was disabled and now telling her if she has to isolate the main water to go outside and lift the grate and isolate outside with a tool we do not own because of your mistake you would not put the easy access isolation valve back in the same place that my disabled partner can reach

Jordan attended my property today and removed the blockage from my sink. He was very kind and gave us a few tips to avoid this issue in the future. I am very pleased with his service as he had no issue in finding the fault and solving our ongoing sink issue. My special thanks to Jordan for his excellent services :)

Wow what can we say, Jordan arrived today to fix a leak in the attic - water coming through ceiling in bedroom travelling down into kItchen, he was so polite -professional - calm, reassuring us he would sort it for us. Found it to be a small pin hole in pipe spraying out water Jordan fixed this no drama a true professional.

Jordan came to fix a leak in my downstairs toilet. He was professional and found 3 issues of why it was leaking. Nothing was too much trouble. He has fixed each problem and left everything clean and tidy. Very thankful for his help.

We were very impressed with Jordan who came to look at a leak we had. He was very professional in a calm and reassuring way, but very friendly too. Would love to have him for all our plumbing jobs, but he lives too far away sadly.
