Prices are very competitive and easy to use site. Only concern is when I tried to confirm the booking, it was not accepted and when I restarted the room rate had increased.

Plum benefits should be ashamed of themselves. Their customer service workers are deceptive and put and out lie. They treat customers like sh$t and care more about money then accommodating changes. Will never use them again

I bought a ticket using Paypal but upon returning to the order page it then offered me ticket insurance which i wanted but clicking on it declined my order because paypal already approved the original amount so I had to opt out of the ticket insurance in order to complete my order.

I purchased a voucher for a regular sized popcorn at an AMC theater. You pay $5.00 to plumbenefits, and you get a voucher, which must be printed (no mobile use), which you hand to the concession staff. Then you get a regular sized popcorn (which goes for $8.50 around here). Sounds like a good deal!
Except when I handed it to the staff, they scanned the voucher which rang up as worth $4.67, and I was charged the difference between that and the usual price of a regular popcorn (around $8.50).
So I paid plumbenefits $5.75 (5 plus tax) for a piece of paper that was only worth $4.67 in value at AMC, and had to pay the rest of the full price there at the concession stand.
If it seems too good to be true, it is.
Edit: After emailing Plumbenefits directly, I received this email three times with different names at the signature line
"Your requests are very important to us. For this reason, we have exhausted every avenue to advocate for your refund request. Regrettably, the refund is unable to be issued due to these ticket types are non-refundable.
As this purchase was made as a final sale product, we are unable to cancel, modify or exchange the tickets in any way."
There's nothing to look into - it was falsely advertised. Stay away!

Can't get a better price ANYWHERE. If I didn't have PLUMBENEFITS I would not have bought tickets. It was very easy and quick to process.

Worst company ever! Spent 4 HOURS trying to fix a one night hotel reservation because of cancelled flights - ZERO help and they were HORRIBLE. They are trained to put you on hold and do absolutely nothing to help. Do not use them!
They said they need to reach out in the comment below but the customer service said they did and we called the hotel and they said nobody called - when we finally arrived in town we went in person- they checked and verified NOBODY called so the customer service lied - are they trained to do that?
Online reviews of Plum are TERRIBLE. Wish I read those reviews before booking. Never again. Not even an apology

This isn't the first time I've purchased theme park tickets thru Plum Benefits. Prices are great and very easy to use. Definitely recommend.

The fees are a little excessive and put a damper on the discounts. You're often better off using a promo code or other discounts elsewhere. Also, the movie tickets can take way too long to come to your email.

Do not EVER use them!
I purchased a hotel stay about 6 years ago, and the hotel couldn’t find our reservation. I think they just felt sorry for us and “found” it.
Flashback to last month. I decided to book a hotel through Plum (stupid, I know). I needed to cancel so I used the contact form. They sent me a damn voucher to use on their website. I checked everywhere on the site (including Terms & Conditions) and guess what? NO WHERE does it state that you’ll receive a voucher instead of the refund back to your payment method. I contacted them again to give them one more chance to refund it properly before I file a complaint with the attorney general, file a chargeback, and contact my lawyer.

Please don’t EVERRRRRR use this service for any purchases whatsoever. I could not make a concert bc my mother broke her arm and it was two months of endless phone calls with waiting times over 30 min, being hung up on, disrespectful representatives who didn’t even understand English, and false promises with no resolution. I spent two months trying to get them to help me. The representatives are liars and will say anything to prevent you from getting a refund. They are the worst customer service establishment in existence. You are better off buying tickets off of someone in the street. Please DO NOT use this service.
I have very displeased with Plum benefits and I will recommend that my union discontinue our relationship with this company. I purchased tickets to a concert for as an anniversary present for my wife. 30 minutes before the event begins I get an email indicating that my tickets were cancelled. I called Plum Benefits to inquire about this situation, and they told me that there is nothing they can do to help. The tickets were over $500 and I still not have been refunded my money. Moreover, the representatives at Plum Benefits were very rude, and unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation. Do not use Plum Benefits they are unreliable and unprofessional!
Ticket prices for a specific concert were 2 -4 times the face value when comparing to prices direct from the concert venue.
I bought through the venue, not Plum.

Purchased Regal tickets thinking it will arrive faster,e- tickets never arrived in my email. Taxes and fees make the discount pointless. We'll never use this service again.
I like plumbenefits because they usually have a great discount for most of the things I’m looking for. My only issue is really the insane taxes/fees that they charge. Why am I paying $25 in “tax” on a $100 ticket purchase. It really makes it feel pointless. This is why I didn’t buy the tickets to legoland because it cost less to buy the tickets from legoland itself after the insane taxes. For dorney park, it worked out that I saved about $10 only because the tickets were only $5 less a piece and even with the $25 in “taxes” I didn’t have to pay the $10 fee that the dorney park website charged. So I only saved $5 from the park price, but I guess that’s better than nothing. I used to use plumbenefits allllll the time because their discounted prices were sooo good that the extra tax didn’t really matter, but now the prices aren’t really discounts all that much so I can find things cheaper elsewhere much of the time.
Why don't I see a breakdown of the taxes and fees I am being charged. $87 in taxes and fees is a bit steep.

Purchased Joji tickets and taxes were unnecessarily high?? I haven't even received an email from a primary ticket provider yet and the tickets have been purchased since June 27th. Not sure if I have been scammed. I don't know what to do at this point.

I ordered (3) Ana Gabriel Tickets on March 9,2021 for a concert on 03/28/21 which was rescheduled to August 20, 2021 I paid $723.00, when I called Plum Benefits they said that the tickets would be honored whenever Ana Gabriel reinstated her concert. I called on March 30, 2022 to make sure that the tickets would be sent to me when the time came, and they assured me it would, well the concert is this Saturday June 18, 2022, and no tickets, furthermore I called them and they are given me the runaround telling me the tickets are under my Ticketmaster account, which it is not, they told me they were sent to me back in March, which they were not because when I called on March 30, 2022 they said they would be sending me the tickets when the date got closer. Now I have no tickets and my money they want to keep. This is unethical practice, and I will not allow this type of business practice to keep $723.00.
