Prices are very competitive and easy to use site. Only concern is when I tried to confirm the booking, it was not accepted and when I restarted the room rate had increased.

We are still waiting for a refund for order #2698870 for $378.59. I have supplied every ounce of information requested to no avail. Like others, we have been bamboozled. Shame on you. I also have every email and pull the cell records of how many phone call made to Plum benefit. I have read other reviews and basically we all are in the same situation. We have been taken advantage of. Where the heck is our money.

This is my third time speaking with Plum Benefits in regards to my ticket purchase for Titanique on December 27th, 2022 at 7pm (after spending the last month and a half trying to resolve this issue). I had Covid, so I couldn’t attend
Call #1, 02/10/2023: I explained the situation. I have been contacting the box office and plum benefits repeatedly for weeks with no human contact ever received. Neither company answered my calls or emails, despite the theatre having an explicit email address used for Covid related issues. The representative, all of whose names will be withheld here but are known, told me she needed to file a request on my behalf against their supplier. I asked if I could speak with the supplier directly, but was denied. They then informed me that everything was documented and that I needed to fill out a link that I will receive within 72 hours. This link is meant to file a claim with their supplier (the one I’m not allowed to contact), and will be used to aid the refund request. When I received the link, it was for Broadway Direct. In trying to fill out the link, I discovered that the name of my show wasn’t listed. I couldn’t fill out the “essential” webform, so I had to call again.
Call 2, 02/11/2023: I explained that the link was flawed and could not be filled out as written. The rep told me she would contact the supplier and start another ticket for me to get further instructions, as well as to have the link repaired. The kicker…it would be another up to 72 hours with another external link. It was on this call that I did investigative work. I explained that Plum Benefits was directly responsible for my purchase price, as they were my point of sale. They countered with the supplier owing them money, as they supposedly took my money and gave it to the supplier. *This mystery supplier that they aren’t supposed to name again being Broadway Direct, whom they send a direct link to in their follow up email.* I told them that what the supplier owes them has no correlation to what they owe me. I did not purchase from the supplier and therefore have no contract with them for any goods or services. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times, but I was denied. She then sent me a $25 restaurant.com “gift card” with allllll of these catches and red flags. This was meant to compensate my wait time as they “vouch and file for me” against their supplier. They requested I submit screenshots of all attempts to contact the theatre and Plum Benefits, as well as Covid tests, as a response to their email. I received another link for BroadwayDirect.com. It was the same broken link I had received before. This time, the email mentions a “contact us” tab on the website. I used this option to receive an almost instantaneous message where Broadway Direct states they have nothing to do with this show, this theatre, or this purchase and refund request.
Call 3, 02/12/2023: After filing the complaint via “contact us” on Broadway Direct’s website and getting the aforementioned response, I called Plum Benefits. I was very quickly told the lack of feedback was because my refund request had been denied. Immediately, I responded with how this cannot be true, as I contacted BD, their “supplier,” myself and had discovered they have nothing to do with this transaction. I requested to speak with a supervisor. After being on hold for some time, I get another link for BD (the same link as the previous two attempts)! Finally, I reach a “supervisor” or “team leader.” He was a little unclear. This supervisor proceeded to tell me there was another company operating as the middle man, or intermediary, between Plum and BD. I told him the previous three team members said otherwise. He told me that I should believe him over them. I again asked for the name of their “supplier,” but again was told they are not allowed to share the information…despite previous employees sending me a direct link to Broadway Direct, where I was meant to request a refund that they (plum) would be my liaison for. I told him that I have determined this company is committing fraudulent acts and that they had been caught in a lie. After some back and forth, he volunteers that he could file another ticket, but that it would be denied. “Plum Benefits has a 100% no refund policy.” I asked very plainly, just for clarity, if this meant that all refund attempts would end the same. He said “yes.” There will never be a refund. He cited their terms and conditions. I explained to him that under consumer rights laws, as well as a ton of other legislation, this is illegal. We fought for awhile. I asked for his supervisor. She later returned my call and basically said the same fraudulent information. She agreed that no refunds will ever be issued.
She gave wecare @ plumbenefits . com to file complaints. Class action lawsuit time!

I purchased tickets to Madame Tussaud in NYC. I tried to use them at the site, but was told by the manager the barcode numbers were invalid, even though the ticket date was valid. I contacted their customer support who said I had to contact Plumbenefits, because it was third party, and the problem was on their end. On Jan. 6th, 2023 I created a claim requesting new tickets, and was told I’d have a email reply in 72 hours. It’s now Jan 17th! I called again only to be told Plumbenefits had to contact a third party regarding my request, because there was no update! I requested a refund, because my sisters birthday has now come and gone, and the poor experience… only to be told to call back in 24 to 48 hours to see what their third party say about the refund??!? I’m jumping through hoops to get my money back for an error on their party. They asked for 3 days, I gave them 11 days! Now they want to more days to tell me IF they can give me money back for a product I couldn’t and didn’t use! This is a scam and I’ll have to go through my bank it looks like to get my refund!
UPDATE (2/15/23): I called for the literal 6th time on 2/14 and was told again “Give us 24-72 hours, because there is no reply about the refund request”. They replied to this review, contact us, I did, and got the same response.

DR. says: Terrible experience!
I tried purchasing tickets for a specific date and time. Although they appeared available, I kept getting a window that they were unavailable. I called PlumBenefits and the representative was nice enough to tell me after checking himself that there was a glitch in the system. He said he was going to call me the following morning to ensure I got the tickets I wanted. He never did.
I try to purchase them the following morning and they were gone. I proceeded to select a different date and time. After I selected my date and time, I went ahead to pay. After payment, I realized that I was rerouted to a different date and time that I could not use. I have submitted three claims since then and I keep receiving the same canned letter - that the vendor denied the claim because these were non-refundable. I keep saying that my claim is not toward the vendor but toward them, and they keep bouncing the ball back with the same letter. Today they responded that "Please be advised that our website does not select or change the dates on its own- once the date is selected customer chooses their desired section based on availability then tickets are added to the cart." In other words, I am lying and no errors may occur on their end. It is sad, that while they claim that they provide savings, in this case, I have lost $311. I see that their reviews are significantly poor. Unfortunately, I have experienced it myself. Please be careful.

I bought tickets using Plum Benefits for the Blue Man Group in NYC. It was a Christmas gift for my 6-year old nephew. We all got COVID and were unable to attend. I asked to reschedule the tickets and they denied this request. Next I asked to get a refund. I've been waiting for over a week to get an answer. I call everyday and they only tell me that I have to wait an additional 72 hours. I feel very manipulated. There is no one in Customer Service who can actually get me an answer or resolve this matter. I'm beyond frustrated and will NEVER use this service again.

better price for my booking. the only problem is the site didn't have size of beds and/or comparing to US size and no option for breakfast package or no option for refundable for extra cost and/or upgrade at checkin

Got my tickets promptly and cheaper than gate price.

Good prices, selection of shows, and ability to choose relative location of seating for shows.

I tried purchasing Warner Bros Studio Tour tickets, but it was not possible. Times are shown as available on the plum benefits and WB websites, but when you go to purchase it says the time is no longer available even though when you go back to look it still shows up. Tried 4 different times (same and different days) and the same error happens every time. It appears you’re just not able to purchase the tickets through them. Called customer service and they were not able to provide any explanation as to why this would be happening. They were also not able to help me purchase the tickets. Please fix your website and customer service.

Stole money. Giving order number doesn't do anything nor does filing a request. No source of truth!
Planned a hotel last year August 2021 for my birthday in salt lake city, the reservation wasn't available but they still charged me. Been working on this $400 return for over a year now. Best thing to do is to tell your employer to drop them.

You use to be able to save money on this website. Now it’s honestly cheaper to buy directly from companies. What a joke.

One star is too much to give them! They are heartless! We had a weekend getaway planned but had to cancel beforehand because hurricane Ian was coming directly to us that weekend. It was also going to affect the Orland area where we planned out getaway. Put three requests for a refund due to the unforeseen circumstances and they denied it. The second denial, they said that the hotel charged them. Called the hotel to ask and they confirmed there was no charge because I called beforehand to explain why were not going. Called plum benefits and called them out. Supervisor put in a other refund request. Well, they denied it again due to their terms and conditions. They are crooks and liars!!! Stay away!!!!

Bought tickets to a football game to only find out they didnt work because apparently somebody at plum “didn’t sign the contract to exchange them to me”. I was told the issue would be resolved in 72 hours and I haven’t heard anything. I just want my money back for tickets that you never gave me…

If I could give them a -5 or even a 0, I would! I attempted to rent a vehicle through this fraud company Plum Benefits. What I didn't realize is that they take the money out of your account immediately instead of just placing a hold on the funds until you actually rent the vehicle. I went to Routes rental company in Atlanta (which is also a worthless place) to pick up the vehicle. I left my credit card at home, but tried to use a debit card. They wouldn't allow me to rent it with a debit card. I've been trying to get a refund from Plum Benefits and they emailed me with some crap saying they can't give me a refund because they didn't allow me to get the rental with a debit card. This is a trap and they feel that they can use this as an excuse to defraud people out of their money. Stone cold crooks! I don't know how businesses even suggest them to their employees, but I will report them to every consumer report, file as many complaints as I can, start a class action lawsuit with people who have been ripped off by this company. I will also have them investigated. Avoid these crooks unless you want to get violated and ripped off!
PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE BANDITS SAYING THEY PUT IT IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS... THEY PUT IT THERE FOR A REASON, HOPING NO ONE WILL READ THAT PART. I JUST LANDED OFF OF A FLIGHT AND I WENT ON THEIR WEBSITE FROM MY PHONE. I TRUSTED THE COMPANY I'M EMPLOYED WITH WHO SUGGESTED THESE CROOKS AS A BENEFIT. I WORK FOR THE COURT SYSTEM AND NEVER EXPECTED TO BE RIPPED OFF LIKE THIS! AVOID THESE CAREER CROOKS AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SWINDLED OUT OF YOUR MONEY. CAN'T WAIT TO BE A PART OF THE NEXT CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE JOKERS!

It was simple to navigate but I did not see where the price was any different than doing it through the Disney website (for theme park tickets). Plum Benefits said it would save up to $80. The savings I got was for being a Plum benefits member.

This company should be shut down! Unethical and greedy people that blame poor customer service on their ‘vendor.’ I booked for 3 days and Hurricane Ian came through Orlando. I requested from Hilton to reduce my stay from 3 nights to 2. Hilton refunded the money to plumbenefits for the night that I didn’t stay, but this company kept the money that was refunded by Hilton instead of returning it to me. You would think that when a statewide catastrophe has happened, they would have the same customer service as the hotels but not this greedy company. Never again will I use them and they don’t even save you money.
