Shipping is an issue with FedEx
Plumber Tools shipped my order within hours of me ordering it. Problem was that FedEx took 14 days to deliver my order, that normally takes 3 or 4 days. The office was in contact with Fedx but that didn't help with speeding up the process. Jerome said he will ask for a shipping refund and pass it onto me. $126.29 usd is alot of money for a 2 week wait. This is the 2nd. time shipping has let me down.

Quick to ship
I was expecting to wait a couple weeks for my purchase to arrive and it showed up in 4 days! I haven't used the new parts yet, but the purchase was easy and parts arrived as described.

The cable & heads are made with excellent quality. A top notch service from their staff to provide to answer your questions and it's competitively priced against the bigger names in drain cleaning.

We bought a flex set of COMPLETE KITS FOR CLEANING SEWERS & DRAINS when I got the parts it was damaged the sleeve. I use it for the first time on the sewer clogging, and it just broke, literally broke. It was no pressure on a drill it was spending lot gear it just broke and I asked them about what are they can do it they say
The reason we offered to send you the replacement sleeve was as a token of goodwill because we sympathize with your my experience. Wow wow wow

Hi Jorge, the pictures and information you provided us show us that you used an unlubricated shaft and subjected it to inappropriate amounts of torque without a torque limiter.
Under those conditions you will destroy your shaft. We are happy to replace any tool that is damaged as a result of a manufacturing flaw but we cannot take responsibility for tools used outside of our product guidelines.
We sent you a replacement sleeve as a gesture of goodwill so that you could salvage what is left of the shaft and continue working.
I wish there was more I could do to salvage our relationship because I was a new user once too.

A little bit more cumbersome than rigid in a rolling case but same results at one third the price

Great product
Great product. Used it next day after receiving it. Worked much better than original (Ridgid) will be buying this unit again. Note I did remove cable from sheathing and used high temp grease and deep creep lubricant to lubricant cable before using. Would highly recommend this product.
