High quality drain cleaning tools at a really affordable price. Yes, you will pay a bit for shipping, but still a fantastic price for a well crafted tool. Talent and Jerome are incredibly helpful as well, and are happy to answer any questions you have or provide guidance in regards to their products.

Great company with quality service and products.
Came across this company by accident perhaps. I have a K9-204 and cable needed repaired. No info from that company to be found. Even went to my supply house and had them contact the company, couldn't help me either. Imagine that!!!! Found in my search this place and took a chance on them. Glad I did. Ordered 60' 5/16 and some chains, order showed up in less than a week. I have been using their product now for about a month and I am pleased with quality and price. We have found that it takes less time to deliver a package from Finland to the USA than it does to deliver between states in the USA.

I replaced my ridgid 204 flex shaft with a plumbers tool flex shaft, and could not be happier. The Plumber tool flex shaft is much stiffer and stronger. I will continue to use them going forward.

I knotted that Shaft protector sleeve is a bit rough, that it Couse a bit difficult to push and pull to inert pipe and trap when the inert pipe blocked, but I changed the protector sleeve to another one more smooth and it easier to use.

Hi Karwan, Thank you for the feedback. We use this to improve our products through consensus, so it is very valuable to us.
If the shaft is struggling to turn in the sleeve, then usually this is either because there is not enough lubrication, or the shaft might be coiled up too tight when you use it.
I will bring this feedback to our product developer though :)

Fantastic product and value. Amazingly fast shipping and delivery. I bought the ridgid k9-12 off of eBay and then discovered plumber-tools.com. I canceled an order for Ridgid accessories and bought additional chain knockers and accessories from plumber-tools.com. The Ridgid cases on their k-series products are nifty, but not worth 3-4 times the price. These cables and accessories are better quality and much better priced. I will buy any future flexible cable drain cleaning systems and supplies from plumber-tools.com

I have a K-750 drain cleaner that I won't use any more and will be selling.

Thanks for the 5 stars! I have had one of the Forbest cameras for 14 years, I have done general maintenance, like replacing the camera head and the shaft a few times but other than that it's going strong till now.

These folks are awesome. I don’t ever give reviews in general but they deserve for other plumbers to give their products a try. First off the website is amazing if you appreciate details on the products you’re buying. It’s not just the physical details but they give a description of each product in use, where it’s best to use and what not to do. Including examples of where other plumbers have found the chains and drill heads most useful. Excellent job with that! Also of course none of that would matter if the product was cheaply made and not up to the task.. but it is in my opinion very well made and suited to purpose! Best part is that similar products here in the USA are twice if not triple the cost, what I bought from Plumber-tools.com I couldn’t touch with a 10’ pole for the budget I had, so bravo!
