I ordered a set of spanners from this store a few weeks ago, but I have never received them. The store keeps insisting that the items were delivered, however neither I nor anyone at my property has received them.
I have contacted the store multiple times asking them to properly investigate the issue, but I keep getting the same response that the items were delivered, with no real effort to resolve the problem.
This is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this store.

They sent me the wrong item

Excellent product. Easy to install. Saves a fortune on bottled water.

I bought a water softener from Plumbing Flex, but the unit I received was faulty and had to be replaced.
When the replacement arrived, I immediately noticed that the outer packaging was different. The new unit came properly sealed, with all loose parts securely packaged, which made me suspect that the original item I received may have been a returned or previously opened product.
When I contacted Plumbing Flex customer support, I found their response disappointing and unhelpful. They simply stated that they only supply brand-new products and did not address my concerns.
I then contacted the manufacturer directly, and their response was much more helpful. They took the issue seriously and said they would investigate further.
I feel that Plumbing Flex (or at least the representative I dealt with) does not understand their responsibilities. When a customer buys a product from them, they should take ownership of the issue and clearly direct the customer on what to do, rather than dismissing the concern.

I ordered an item 4 weeks ago and was told it would be delivered by 2nd January and still not received it 3 weeks later. I’ve emailed with their response saying they would chase the delivery company. After still not receiving it I emailed again but no response. I will have to go through PayPal to get a refund

Tried contacting Plumbflex on the number on the web page 020 8123 7450 a number of times during the day. The announcement says that the 'person is not available' in the morning, in the afternoon and at the weekends.

Took 12 days for item to arrive, emailed customer services twice to ask where the order was and I had no response. Poor customer service!!
