What impressed me most about this company was their communication and punctuality.Many times in the past we have had tradesmen who haven’t let us know if they were running late or even just not turning up at all! Chris messaged us to confirm our appointment and on the day gave us the time he would be arriving and he was there exactly when he said he would be. He listened to our issue and fixed it promptly without leaving any mess. We would definitely use this company again.

I have used plumbing Hot Ltd on a couple of occasions, highly recommend , they are very professional in what they do, my boiler failed and not having any heating was the last thing I needed in this cold weather , I called the team and within a couple of hours one of the boys turned up to have a look to see what the problem was, this was a courtesy call on the way to another job to see if it was a quick fix, within 20mins I was told the circuit board had failed, they procured the board and the following afternoon the work was done and the heating system was restored, throughout the work the team kept my updated on the times and cost, the experiences I have had with the boys has been great .

Another fantastic service from plumbing-hot ltd. Called to arrange an annual service and offered a date and time that suited me and kept me informed on the day what time they would arrive. Allowing me to plan my day. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their service in the future.

Chris came and looked at my old boiler in person and provided a quote very quickly. We discussed options, and Chris was very knowledgeable and advised me on the best unit to purchase - we agreed to proceed and date was arranged. Chris turned up on time and installed the new boiler very quickly - and cleaned up afterwards. We had a leak in the upstairs shower cubicle, we phoned Plumbing Hot Ltd, who came out as an emergency on Friday night. Chris traced the leak which was behind the false wall. He stopped the leak. Gave us a quote for, all necessary remedial work. The work was then carried out by Stuart who was always on time done an excellent job, and he kept the work area clean and tidy, and cleaned up before he left. They are friendly and easy to talk to. We highly recommend this firm as we are considering asking them to do another job soon.

Having used Plumbing Hot for several years now I have always found them to be very reliable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommended them from a boiler installation to a leaky tap.

So, i like probably many people have put off having the boiler changed because of the expense and while its working why change it?. However, i knew i was putting off the inevitable and had to suck it up at some stage. I was told about Plumbing Hot and they gave a good service but more importantly to me they offered a way to pay monthly and protect it long term. I bit the bullet and spoke with Chris and Steve and within an hour they had come to the house and went through all the options. Explained the process and agreed to have it done within a week. Fairplay i have to say they did exactly what they said and turned up early to complete. The whole process was painless and i now have a system thats guaranteed for 12 years which to me is 12 years hassle free. I cant fault them and the service was excellent. Just glad i found a good outfit and would highly reccomend.
