Another fantastic service from plumbing-hot ltd. Called to arrange an annual service and offered a date and time that suited me and kept me informed on the day what time they would arrive. Allowing me to plan my day. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their service in the future.

Chris came and looked at my old boiler in person and provided a quote very quickly. We discussed options, and Chris was very knowledgeable and advised me on the best unit to purchase - we agreed to proceed and date was arranged. Chris turned up on time and installed the new boiler very quickly - and cleaned up afterwards. I told the Wife that I cleaned up so please don’t tell her otherwise… Thank you to everyone at Plumbing Hot, great service!!! Adrian.

We had a leak in the upstairs shower cubicle, we phoned Plumbing Hot Ltd, who came out as an emergency on Friday night. Chris traced the leak which was behind the false wall. He stopped the leak. Gave us a quote for, all necessary remedial work. The work was then carried out by Stuart who was always on time done an excellent job, and he kept the work area clean and tidy, and cleaned up before he left. They are friendly and easy to talk to. We highly recommend this firm as we are considering asking them to do another job soon.

Having used Plumbing Hot for several years now I have always found them to be very reliable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommended them from a boiler installation to a leaky tap.

Arranged with Chris to have a new washing m/c installed in an understairs cupboard, new dishwasher into the kitchen and fit an external CW tap. All work completed as planned, by a highly competent plumber, to my total satisfaction.

My tenant had a problem with the boiler back in March, l called plumbing hot and the next day the issue was sorted, the experience was excellent from beginning to end, so when l had a call from another tenant from a different property l didn’t hesitate to contact again, as before the service was excellent, the issue was sorted efficiently, it was easy to contact the engineer for an update on how things were going and communication was excellent throughout, my tenant is very happy to have hot water back on, l will definitely be calling plumbing hot for any future issues, couldn’t be more pleased with the service and highly recommend this professional company..

Cannot praise & recommend Chris and Shannon at Plumbing hot more highly. It is so rare that you meet such good, genuine down to earth trades people. My 24 year old boiler broke down at the worst time. I thought I was in for it & plumbers would seize the opportunity to tell me I needed a brand new combi boiler quoting me 4k-6k to get it done.

A friend recommended them to me and they were backed up by lots of great reviews. I was taken back by their honesty. They identified an issue with the boiler fan. Helped me check if parts are still made for my model & fitted it for an excellent price.

They suggested it might be a good time to get a new boiler unit to save paying out twice. But left the decision completely to me. I decided to take my chances. And they checked in on me twice since to check it's running okay.
