From beginning to end the communication was excellent, from initial contact by email, with an appointment booked within a few minutes, to the tracking of the plumber who arrived, the next day.
Curtis was very polite and well mannered, explained the issue and resolved quickly too, would definitely recommend and use again.

Couldn't be happier, plumber found and fixed the problem and gave us a full explanation. This is the second time I’ve had to call out Waseem at an inconvenient time. The first on a Sunday and the second on a bank holiday to sort out my elderly mother’s boiler. And he has galloped to the rescue each time, getting her hot water and heating on again within a few hours. Prompt service and always polite.

I needed to get my old boiler serviced because it had a small leak and was noisy. I looked on their website and I opted for a full major service, due to not been service for a long time. The price (vat to be added) was on their website pricelist, and I also paid £20 for a part. I am happy with all worked carried out, and also received some advice about new boilers, radiators etc. Regards, Michael.

When Waseem come to the property he introduced himself.

He was very welcoming and spoke about what he will be doing before starting the job.

Once the job was completed the area was cleaned and no mess was left.

Curtis came out and replaced my faulty shower and also the bath mixer/ shower taps and sink taps. He was very courteous and polite and did a very good job at a reasonable price, if I need any plumbing work in the future I would not hesitate to call plumbing doctors again

I have had on going issues with my heating system in the flat because when it was installed that engineer installed it incorrectly! Both Waseem and Curtis have come out and repaired it. There service and workmanship is exemplary and they are both very professional.
