good service, friendly, competent, fixed problem

We had Curtis replace and move a radiator. Booking process was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Curtis on the day was professional and friendly. He made sure he left the area he had been working tidy and to talk us through everything he had done. We would highly recommend the company and will be using them again for any future jobs we have.

My boiler kept loosing pressure atleast 10 times in a day.. Very frustrating I Contacted heating and plumbing Doctors... And described my situation I was fitted in the next day at very short notice which was great as I have very young children.. My boiler had a leak hence the drop in pressure waseem gav me tips on how to maintain my boiler and what also reassured me was the text message on ETA and then they arrived swiftly and promptly as expected great business and highly appreciated the time spent thank you very much! Your now my family go to heating and plumbing engineers!

I have used Waseem and Curtis service several times and it was always done very professional and tidy. Definitely can recommend to anyone!

We called Plumbing Doctors out to investigate a leaky shower. They were prompt, kept us updated on when they would arrive etc and courteous. They rapidly fitted in time to do the work even though the nature of the problem meant they had to come back several times. The plumber (Curtis) was great, left everything clean and tidy. The call out pricing was a bit on the high side but the job was done well and very quickly so we felt it was worth it.

Great, speedy and efficient work by Curtis. Who was informative with helpful and friendly customer service. I will definitely use this company again if any issues should surface in the future!

Always a pleasure to have work done from this company efficient honest and will go above and beyond. Had replumbing in kitchen and a leak from upstairs. Also hopefully having a bathroom refurbished soon polite and clean up after themselves also when in contact with office Saneela was always very quick to respond and sort out any issues. I am having more work done soon. This is now my go to company.

We phoned this company and within 3 days they were able to call out and fix the issues,
They contacted me via text on the morning to let me know the engineer was on his way.
Within 25 min he was able to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it.

Within 90 min the heating was up and running

If in the future I have a need for a heating engineer, this company will be the ones I will be calling

Having not had a service for a while didn't know what to expect .service was quick and basic. Was given recommendations to replace some parts of my ageing boiler . But no way was pushed into any decisions and everything was explained as service went on.
