Extremely disappointed with the overall service and exorbitant charges. Booked a service for a minor shower drain blockage and they charged £353 for a 30-min job. That is just beyond unfair for a very minor task. Though the job was done, it was a poor experience. Would never recommend this.

Fadi came right away on an evening, found the issue and quickly swapped a replacement unit in which worked perfectly and solved our issue.

Quick fix without any issues

Luka came to assist with a sink blockage and was super fast and helpful! He arrived with an hour and was able to fix the blockage super quickly. Very professional and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber quickly.

Luca came to fix numerous burst pipes in our upstairs bathroom. Upon arrival Luca was nothing but polite, honest and helpful and was extremely thorough and professional throughout the job. Luca constantly kept me in the loop of what it was he was doing and why which as a customer is great to hear as you always like to know what it is you are paying for. A lovely man and couldn’t recommend enough! Thankyou Luca!

Terrible. Said on the phone the price will be quoted on assessment of the problem following a £69 call out fee. Seems reasonable. What they dont say is the hourly rate of £279 starts when the plumber arrives and doesnt end till he leaves. The charge is per part hour so even 1 min beyond the hour is another full £279. The tactics pressure you into doing the work, especially if you are desperate because you have a problem, and they wont leave until you have paid. The plumber I called out stayed for just over an hour and claimed my leak was fixed. Gave me his card just in case so I could call for any issues and then charge over £800 for a leaking isolation valve. Within an hour the leak had started again but there was no way I was calling him back on those prices. The next day he decided to give me a 'follow up' call to see how things were, strange for what seemed like a basic job. I suspect the leak was left in the hope I would get him back again. Turns out all he did was put some PTFE and gunk around the thread, not actually assess the problem. The next day I had a different plumber come in for £80 plus the cost of the leaking taps ans valves. Word of warning, do not use this company! They are no local and will fleece you, go direct to a plumber.
