Item was coming from supplier so delivery took longer than stated on the website but I got a call to inform me of this.
Customer service were good to help with delivery and got the courier to ring me an hour in advance so I could get home

I ordered a condensation trap for a…
I ordered a condensation trap for a boiler on the 2nd March. Today is the 9th March. I have not received any information about my delivery so I called them today. They've told me my order hasn't even been processed yet. So once they've processed it, it can still take at least 5 more days to get to me and that's not even guaranteed. I've cancelled my order. Il never use this company again. They can't complete a small simple order or let customer know what's going on. So don't bother.

Negative reviews do not appear on their clickbasin.co.uk website (which they now own). The items on sale are of very poor quality. The basin plug disintegrated after only two years of use and lead to a very expensive visit from the plumber.

Disappointed
The purchase went well, but the delivery driver left before we had chance to inspect the cabinet. We are in a new home so didn’t open it immediately, but when we did, the corner of the mirror was broken and cracked. This was so disappointing. However, the company were really helpful and are looking into it for us.
