AVOID. AVOID AND AVOID AT ALL COST. No customer SERVICE. REPLICA PRODUCT. Had to get a refund via bank because of their nonsense. Do not touch with a barge pole. The have sani flo written everywhere but not a single sani flo product. Like many I bought it thinking its sani flo then stuck with a sub par product. These products are sub par. VERY NOISY AND JAMS CONSTANTLY.

If you’re lucky enough to read these reviews before purchasing a saniwaste DONT DO IT. complete and utter junk, I didn’t even attempt to fit as it’s such poor quality. I was lucky and got a refund

Bought a slim pro macerater in June 2024. 1st issue. I thought I was buying a Saniflo product (I mean, the Saniflo logo is right on the page). Turns out it was an alternative Saniwaste product. This was obviously mis-sold, and at what I'd consider a premium price point. However, plumber booked and it was installed (my mistake, I should have returned). However, it has a 5 year guarantee, so I thought worse comes to the worse, I'm covered. Everything professionally installed and into a toilet that is infrequently used. 2nd issue. The power blew in my house, all electrics off. Had an electrician and then a plumber in who basically identified the macerater as the issue (now the faulty macerater completely disconnected, electrics all working). 3rd. There's an obvious issue so the guarantee should kick in. Ah!!! Only useful if anyone actually answers the phone or responds to the 4 emails I have sent. In my opinion they mis-sell inferior products and premium prices, there is no after sales and therefore the guarantee is pointless. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY

We bought a macerator for our downstairs toilet. After a out 12 months or so our electrics kept tripping out and this unit was the cause. As soon as it was plugged in the electrics tripped it didn't need to be flushed. The unit had a five year guarantee . I emailed plumbstore direct 28Jan, 3 and 9 Feb and my wife also emailed twice and we have never received a reply. We both called them direct and both told somebody would call us back later the same day but nobody did. Eventually I got hold of somebody a few days later who asked that the guarantee would only be valid if we could prove it had been serviced!!! How do you service a macerator? Are you supposed to dismantle it when it is working? I guess then the guarantee would be invalid because it had been taken apart. I was told I would have to return it at my cost for them to assess whether it had been serviced. Sorry for the lengthy comments but I thought the background was important. My experience is that their after sales support is extremely poor probably non existent and the guarantee is not worth anything

Like many on here, I also ordered a pump which failed. No communication from the supplier, I emailed manufacturer who informed me it was not one of there products. It's a scam. Avoid.

Dreadful company. Macerator broke down after 2 months. Bought on 31st August. Contacted the company and they said, send in an email and we will start the warranty process ( supposed to be 5 years as promised at point of sale). Sent email. Heard nothing. Rang up a few days later. Oh, the email went into spam!!! We'll sort it now. That's the last I heard.I have had to buy another unit from a different firm. The macerator is for my 99 year old mother which I explained to the company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY SELL PRODUCTS WITH NO BACK UP OR WARRANTY.

Inferior macerator. Took a long time delivering, sent no paperwork, promise 3 year warranty, macerator failed within 10 months, does not answer calls or emails.

Wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing what an absolute joke this ‘company is’. Hopefully this saves someone else getting scammed. You may receive something but it won’t be what you ordered it will be a cheap replica.
The company dissolved in September but they’ll tell you that isn’t them(lying) they don’t like knowing your bank is involved in the refund process. Saniflo dont even sell to these jokers. What a pathetic way to make money by scamming people absolute scumbags.

Bought what a believed to be a sani flo (sanislim) last September, this has now stopped working for the past 4 weeks i have been calling and emailing and getting absolutely no where
Spoke to different people then started to take names, spoke to a shaun twice then a natalie who said they would get after sales team to call me, they never have i have emailed in 3 times also

Ordered a Toilet on Monday for next day delivery
on Wednesday chased up for some shipping information
on Thursday after no response called the sales line. After 2 calls I was told that the next day delivery is an aspiration not a commitment and then that they couldn’t supply the product so would send a refund - in a few days.

I have ZERO confidence that the refund will happen based on the experience so far

AVOID - there are plenty of credible local and on line plumbing merchants

As a footnote - when you call sales they don’t answer with the company name - highly unusual and raises my concern level

I purchased an item from this company which came with a 5-year guarantee. Unfortunately, the item has now stopped working. I’ve emailed three times without any response, and when I call, I’m repeatedly told my case will be "fast-tracked," despite their claim of responding within 24 hours—clearly not the case.

To make matters worse, I’ve now been told the item requires servicing, even though there is no mention of this requirement in their Terms and Conditions. One representative, Shaun, even advised me to return the used macerator via Royal Mail—despite this being a prohibited and restricted item to post.

Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Poor communication, misleading information, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

3 items ordered only 2 delivered (different items that i had ordered!!!) and received 2 weeks late.

I just want my money back - but they are uncontactable.
Not sure how fraudsters like this are allowed to trade.

I also paid a visit to the returns address given on their website which is an EMPTY HOUSE with a FOR SALE sign outside!!!! So basically whatever you buy you are stuck with.

Pretty much the same story as the other 1 star reviews on here... late delivery, part of the delivery was missing, the other part of the delivery was not as advertised, rude and unhelpful person on the phone, nobody answers your emails, then they block you and don't answer your subsequent calls, won't provide an address to return the goods to, can't get a refund..... need I go on? Complete scam- avoid, avoid avoid!!!

Complete scam. Sent inferior macerator to what was advertised. Won’t return calls or emails so cannot return for refund! Have had to purchase from another supplier.

BOUGHT MACERATOR WHICH HAD FOR FEW MONTHS( USED FEW TIMES AS IT IS HOLIDAY FLAT) AND BROKE DOWN, SENT THEM BACK AS REQUESTED AND DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM SINCE. NOW IS MORE THEN MONTH. NO COMMUNICATION NOTHING

Scam!! Ordered a saniwaste for my daughters new toilet. It was loud and kept running through the day and night from the start and completely stopped working in 2 months. I contacted plumbstore direct around 8 times via email, as I was told on the phone that they only deal with sales, and not 1 reply. We have now had to have a changed to a proper saniflo from a reliable merchant. Do not buy from this company!!!!
