The experience was exactly what we needed to decide what we loved for the final product! The team reaches out along the way to ensure everything you need will be included in the kit. They even go the extra mile to explain exactly what styles will be expected in the curated kit for you along with links to see each design. We specifically loved the ability to pick up the stones with a plain ring to get a better idea of what shape/size we loved. Overall, amazing experience from start to finish would recommend :)

The delivery and presentation of the ring is beautiful, the certification of the diamond is neatly organized, and the overall care from the owners with a handwritten note is top notch. We recently celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary, AND the 50th anniversary of our first date. My "fifty years" ring is exactly what I hoped for. The beautiful two-tone 18kt & platinum setting is very sturdy and meticulously crafted. My diamond is also gorgeous in person. I needed some hand-holding, as making a purchase like this without the benefit of seeing it in person and trying it on and was a bit worrisome. But, Renee was patient and helpful. She responded to my questions quickly and professionally. My ring was delivered on time exactly as promised. I don't think I'll ever purchase another earth-mined diamond again. This is the second ring I have purchased from Plum Diamonds. The first ring was with a featured (standard) engagement setting that you could select on the website, which I absolutely loved. The second ring was completely custom and for my other hand. I could not recommend Plum more highly -- either for a setting that you fall in love with on their website or that you create with them from scratch. I will never purchase jewelry elsewhere due to Plum's superior customer service, outstanding pricing, and the overall experience. You have a real, live jeweler who you work with throughout the process who knows exactly what she is doing. [You are not speaking to an AI-generated bot or an un-trained marketer, as I discovered in my earlier attempts to work with two different big-box online jewelers, both of which were so frustrating I wanted to cry.] I was looking for a particular ratio diamond and the jeweler found exactly what I was looking for. Plum also checks with you multiple times regarding where the ring will be shipped to ensure that you will be home to receive it on the day that it will arrive and they double check the shipping address with you via email. It's like working with someone who cares as much as you do. Incredible.

When I ordered this ring and diamond I had reservations not being able to see it in person first, but wow! the Plum Diamond gang has blown me away.
