Kristy and Renee were extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire ring selection process, from beginning to end. They addressed every question I had, sent examples of past rings they designed, and even offered personal insight to help guide my ring sizing decisions. Their customer service was top tier. Everyone was highly communicative all the way through shipping the ring—and even afterward. Working with Plum truly simplified my ring shopping experience.

Customer service was amazing through out the whole process. The ring was received exactly how I wanted it. If somehow my wife wants an upgrade in the future I’ll be coming back to Plum.

This place checked a lot of boxes. Good options. Lab grown. Women owned. All great things, but what really struck me, the outreach and customer support. Last minute before shipping, I found out I would be home to receive it; called and boom, it was on hold for a few days until I got back. After arriving, had some concerns about my size of diamond, but their thoughtful considerations and helpful advice, I am thrilled with the choice. Company is leading with its best foot forward and standing by all the things they claim on their webpage.

I was researching lab grown diamonds and which companies people had great experiences with, and I happened to see Plum Diamonds in Reddit with all great reviews. I looked them up and was thrilled to see how close they were to where I live.

I ordered the Try-On Kit first with a variety of settings and diamond shapes for my 10 year ring upgrade. I’m so glad I did because I went with a completely different style than what I originally was thinking about in my head.

I customized my ring setting, picked my diamond, and placed my order online. Communication from Plum went above and beyond. They reached out with every step of the process. They worked with me to have the ring dropped off at a secure location since I wouldn’t be home to sign for it.

A little more than 3 weeks later, I had my ring on my finger. And oh my goodness, it’s STUNNING! I can’t believe the quality, especially for the price. Ring shopping now is so different than it was 10 years ago, and had we known about Plum back then, we would’ve went with them originally.
