Easiest fix ever!!!!
We ordered a ring...it was really beautiful. But after a short period of time, I was concerned about how the prongs laid...so i asked Renee if i could change the setting. " NO PROBLEM" she said. They paid for the shipping back to them ( which is unheard of) changed the setting to double prongs and I just got it back last week. I am so happy with how it turned out. I am in love ❤️ 😍 truly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen!!!

My experience with Plum Diamonds was more satisfying than I ever imagined. They were very professional throughout the whole process and worked very fast. The customer service from Renee and Kathy was nothing less than amazing. I was a little concerned ordering something online that wasn't cheap. They took all my calls and texts within a very short period of time. Explanations were given and very reassuring. The ring is stunning.
