Not only was the ring perfect, customizable, and exactly what my fiancee and I wanted but they were able to meet an extremely demanding timeline and get the ring shipped to Asia in a rush due to complex personal circumstances. 10/10 experience and product
I took a chance and ordered my first piice of jewelry online from a retailer I didn't know. Plum diamonds absolutely exceeded my expectations in every aspect. from customer service (I emailed with a customization request) to the piece arriving and being even more beautiful in person, the care and level of excellence of Plum was in every step. I will be ordering more pieces. Big box retailers have nothing on this company.

The Try-On kit was perfect!!
The Try-On kit was perfect and came elegantly boxed and easy to use. My soon to be Fiance and I were able to see different types of stones, sizes and bands.
We were able to do it in our own home with zero pressure from a sales person or just having others invade on our moment. It still left the actual choosing in my hands, which is important to me as a man.
