GREAT EXPERIENCE
This was such a good experience and relief with Plum, I only had to wait 2 days for a tech to come out, the technicians were friendly and respectful of my home, they kept me informed of what they were doing and why they were doing it, the completed the task promptly and left the space as they found it.

Technician rang to say he was on his way. Informed us on how the service on our Gas Ducted Heater was to be carried out and at the end of the service showed the photos of the components he replaced.
When checking the wall control panel, he went through all the functions with us again to ensure we understood how the system worked.

Thank you to our technician (Joshua Dempsey) for a thorough review of the heating service done. You showed me pictures and explained to me on what needs to be done to maintain the heating system. Thank you for also cleaning our very dusty filter and fixing our loose wall controller. I also received updated reports right after the job was done.

Plumb knows the meaning of customer service
From the day I made the inquiry until Josh turned up, the service from Plumb was exceptional. Everything was explained, I knew how much it was going to cost me. Josh went above and beyond to look at some noise my split system condenser was making and servicing and taking care of my ancient rooftop heater. Don’t go anywhere else.
