SCAM! Don't buy from these people. Ordered a led mask on october 7th. After it not arriving I asked for a refund or for them to resend it. After another month I asked for a number to ring as their emails were obviously just copy and pasted but they say that the company has no phone.

Bought a 59.00 hoodie for my nephew who just lost his mom. Wanted to make his Christmas brighter and he personally picked out a hoodie from PLUR. Have never received the item nor any indication it has shipped. They were sure quick to take my 59.00 though. I sent an email last week and finally got a reply today but still no answers as to where the purchase I bought is at or what they are going to do about it or when it will be shipped. Very unhappy and I will never buy from them again.

They took my money straight away 30th Nov 2017 got a confirmation email and guess what never received my item a hoodie for my 11 year old son for Christmas!…. Really gutted and paid for nothing!! Scumbags who are scammers.
No one responds to your emails and they say it’s tracked - no tracking number!

Hello, we also ordered something and never received it. We paid the money via Paypal. And now???
Pure fraud !!! Please do not order anything from them !!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. In fact there isn’t any customer service at all. Ordered several items including LED masks and gloves. Received order confirmation email. Then nothing. Contacted them and I got a standard email that it can take up to 25 days for delivery!!!!!! Nowhere on their website does it state this. I did receive a separate email asking for a product review for the items, needless to say they didn’t publish my review !! I’ve emailed several more times asking for specifics and only received that that same standard email response. In any case it is a lie. I have paid and received NOTHING. There is no facility on website to cancel order, no information as to how to call them. You’d be mad to order anything from them.
09/01/18 As a follow up still not received goods from this terrible company. Please don’t order from them, you will be disappointed.

I bought 3 hoodies 5 weeks ago . Received the order confirmation email, payment was processed, but no tracking number provided and no estimated date of delivery. I’ve sent 4 emails to support and have not received a response.

Same review as everyone else.
Ordered a hoodie from the site as a Christmas present for my boyfriend.
Received a conformation email about my order then never received a tracking number, estimated date of delivery or any replies to my MANY emails to their support team.
They took the $59.95 out of my bank account and I was never given the item.
Few other reviews say if you do get it it will not be the same material as it should be, cheap materials and not correct order.

PLEASE do not order from this website as it is a SCAM and they will rob you of your money.

Same story as all of them - ordered a hoodie, didn't arrive. I did get a shipment email, but not a tracking number. No reply to my emails. Basically a scam. Don't ever order from that site.

Same story as the rest. Paid for a product and never received an item. I wish I could just get my money back at this point.

Their contact email doesnt work. Been waiting for my mask for over a month. I did receive my hoodie.... That took forever. How do I get a hold of them? Order#7116, I put that in because maybe they see this? Seriously there is no contact.

I ordered a mask for my son on oct 11 2017 and still havent received it to this date, no tracking information. they have responded back that she will send tracking information and still no tracking or shipment
I feel absolutely scammed!

Placed an order for a hoodie on 10/10. After a few weeks sent an email asking for a status. No reply. After another week sent another email. Again no reply. Just as I am about to call the credit card company to file a complaint, the hoodie shows up on 11/14. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the hoodie appears to be good quality and my son absolutely loves it. Took some patience and weeks of waiting and you can expect 0 customer service. If you are willing to wait and take the risk, the clothing is nice. If not, look elsewhere.

12/6 update: As someone else mentioned, AliExpress has the same exact 3D Hoodies for a fraction of the cost. I paid $50 so one that sold for $16.91 on AliExpress. I definitely feel ripped off.

I placed an order October 9, 2017 for Halloween - ordered their light up masks for my sons and NEVER EVER got them! I have emailed them various times and they responded only once. They never responded again. I asked for refund because Halloween came and went and we didn't get masks. They haven't refunded me my money or acknowledged. NOW I'M POSTING ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGES AND ANYWHERE I CAN FIND THEM POSTED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SEND YOU MERCHANDISE!!!

Ordered mask But did not receive it, they charged my credit card but will not respond to any emails at all. stay away.

Item never arrived and was overcharged. Support team ignored all of my messages. Awful company.
