HORRIBLE COMPANY - Total Scam. Sent me a case from China, took 3 weeks to get it. Worked for one week and quit. Would not take a return or even a store credit. Sent the same lengthy 'trouble shooting' email 3 times. Its a battery with a button - not a rocket. This company is ripoff. Do Not Buy -

Don’t do it. They are a scam. Sent a defective case. Said to send back. They were going to send me a new one and they never did and stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Worst company ever to deal with. Zero response and faulty products being sold. I have literally sent 30+ emails with little to no responses. All I want is what I paid for and they can’t see to provide that.

Do not buy from them - they are a scam. Their products are harmful to phone. They dont answer phones, nor do they respond in a timely manner. For return, they charge for shipping and restocking fee.....Any how be aware. They are a SCAM.

Case they sold me didn't fit my daughter's phone. Unfortunately, I didn't Google them before I pulled the trigger on buying from them. They have no way to reach them via phone. They answered my email, but when they found I wanted a refund, they stopped communicating with me. Total scam.

I purchased a battery case for my iPhone 11. After five emails with no response, I attempted to try the telephone number listed for customer service only to be greeted by a message that they are no longer taking phone calls. They robbed me of $100 then ran. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE… they do not care.

This case only charges when your actual phone battery is less than 10 % . I think …… if that is the case it needs to be explained better.

Same thing. Purchased a charger and it don't work, sent I back and no response. It's been 2 weeks since returned. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Purchased four cases, first order I ordered the incorrect case, no problem got RMA, returned but never received credit, in the process had ordered four of the correct cases and paid for them, now two aren't working and no response to phone or email.

I knew some thing was wrong don't answer phone says because of covid email only BS and dont answer email scammed. FRAUD --- you have been scammed!

I agree with all the negative reviews. I purchase an iPhone cover in October 2021. A few months ago the top layer separated. I emailed them several times several times . No response. Then the entire unit failed. Again I emailed them. No response. Their phone line doesn’t work. Total disaster. I wish I had read the reviews. $100 wasted

I ordered a phone case, it never arrived. They said they'd send a new one, they never did, and eventually stopped responding to my emails. This company is a complete scam.

Got the case. Need to return it - 4 emails and no response. The phone system does not take calls - still blaming COVID in an automated message. NO customer service at all! DO NOT ORDER!!!

I'm very concerned about the reliability of this company. I ordered a charger cover for my iPhone, received it, started having trouble with it in the first week but then received excellent instruction on what to try to remedy the situation from their customer service (emails). They let me exchange the faulty product for a new one--so I would have rated them 5 stars at that point. However, right off the bat the new one would not work. I kept trying to go through all the possibilities to get it to work with no success. Now their customer service won't respond to my emails--its been at least 2 months now; and they don't receive phone calls! This is the first time I've written a review like this, but they have a real problem.

I ordered a mophie for my phone over a month ago and they never sent it .

Terrible product. Within a month of getting my iphone13 case, the plug in port got loose and it’s difficult getting the charger to plug in right for it recharge. Once you get it charging, even after being plugged in overnight, it barely has a charge. Customer support is non existent. Don’t waste your money.

I purchased a Samsung S22 case from these scammers and never received it. i call and even the number is a scam. Could not get a hold to anyone. the USPS said they are still waiting on the package everytime i try tracking. plus cases are a scam. i even tried sending an email to support and never heard from them. everyone on here are not lying about the bad experience. i do not know how they can get away with it. we all should get together and put them out of business. i have not received the case but they kept my money.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a case in December 2021 and returned it within the allotted time for a refund. The return was received by them in January 2022. It's now the end of April and I still have not received a refund.

Big scammer and FRAUD company. I feel like fool not checking reviews before ordering iPhone battery case. They received 109 dollars and no response. This company any is 100 % scam. I don’t have option to give ZERO STAR otherwise definitely I would.
