Staff are extremely kind. They are extremely reassuring. I can’t wait to start my journey with them. I believe this place is going to give me exactly what I want.

I Highly recommend! The process was so easy compare to getting normal braces! Plus it’s cheaper. The consultation went so smooth and the pain is tolerable. Nothing crazy!

This has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
I’m three years into what should have been a 6 month treatment plan. The main issues are:
- they do not listen to their customers about their concerns
- do not provide adequate treatment via a dentist when things go wrong
- takes ages to get the aligners and then refinement (I’m on my third refinement)
- make you go back many steps (which is time) and then give you a refinement in the end because going back steps didn’t work (when you’ve already told them it won’t work because your teeth don’t fit!)
- close clinics meaning you then need to travel hundreds of miles (I had to go from Glasgow to London)
- always get someone different answering your email and never get a name

Avoid at all costs… you know the saying, pay peanuts you get monkeys!

Just had my first visit at the clinic. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to receiving my aligners and starting perfecting my smile.

Had my first appointment today in Liverpool and the guy was great he went through every step in detail. I was very nervous but he put me at ease. Highly recommend going to Liverpool for your treatment.

For anyone that has doubts using Invisalign, I’m here to let you know that everything went smoothly. I got the teeth that I wanted in good time. I initially had a big gap at the front teeth and some teeth were pushed forward. Currently I’m on Step 9, and there’s been no problems except a little bit of pain in the beginning (people who have had wired braces said the pain is really unbearable, the Invisalign one hurts for a bit and then eases up). They check up on you monthly online also track how much time you have the aligners in for. With consistency and diligence, I believe anyone can get the teeth that they’ve dreamt of using this treatment. I’m recommending this to family and friends!

Had a 6 month treatment last year and at the end they asked for feedback and I was honest as they were not straight. Had to go back to the dentist for another scan. Said I need another 6 trays (3 months) and still currently are not fully aligned. Also some staff are very rude over email. Would NOT recommend.

The dentist was friendly and answered all my questions and explained the treatment.
The scan was quick and easy.

Have followed instructions to the letter, have gone round the cycle several times and now the aligners are broken and useless. No help as yet from customer services...I wouldn't bother again.

The experience overall was generally good. I was given sufficient information about the plus dent Invisalign plan, and was offered the chance to ask any questions I may have had. The dentist was very friendly and gave me lots of guidance. The procedure was done quickly and I was pleased to be finished within 15 minutes!

I had purchased a aligner treatment from PlusDent. I have now finished my Treatment and very unhappy with the results. My Teeth are still not straight and when I have voiced my problem the only solution they will give me is to go back and restart. I have completed the treatment correct so why would I want to go back and re-move my teeth again to get the same results.

I had an initial free scan at PlusDent London Hammersmith and I only have positive reviews about it. Dr Royds really took the time to answer my questions and explain what the treatment plan would look like for my case, how I could finance it etc. What I really appreciated was that he did not try to sell the treatment to me (as other dentists previously had)! I would recommend anyone who is interested to go for the initial free 3D scan and take it from there!
