Good experience took only 10 minutes for 3d scan

Update: Anthony on the phone was helpful and explained the legal issues with sending teeth whitening overseas. I have now requested a refund. Why this wasn't explained to me when I parted with my money, I have no idea. Promising a product before it can be delivered is not good practice by any company.

I’m completely dumbfounded and confused by my recent experience with PlusDental. For context, I got my aligners from here. Everything went smoothly, happy with the end result. This is not why I’m upset.

I ordered the teeth whitening kit from them on the 6th April. Weeks go by, nothing. I get in contact with them and after back and forward emails, apparently “there has been a delay because the system is showing that you’re still in treatment even though you had finished from our side.” What does this mean? I finished my aligner treatment in 2021. Why would this mean I can’t get the product I ordered?

Two weeks after this email and I’ve still not heard anything. I’m a full time student and £175 is over a week’s salary for me. It feels like you’ve stolen money from me and I’m so completely and utterly disappointed.

I’m still waiting, sent an email today but at this point I just don’t even know what to do. They’re impossible to get hold of and take days to reply.

Please just send me the product I’ve paid for.

Overall it was pretty good, very professional, and they gave priority to hygiene

I like the customer services, its amazing, dentist is friendly and the care they gave me was amazing. Though I was not successful to continue withy treatment but now I know I need to see my dentist for a treatment.

This begun with the initial interaction with the receptionist who was extremely friendly and polite.

The dentist was extremely professional and informative. The dental assessment was very thorough and every aspect was explained in detail. I felt very reassured and in safe hands.

The dentist I visited in the Liverpool branch was very informative and professional. My experience so far has been very smooth and I’m looking forward to receiving my treatment plan

I went to the Birmingham practice for a scan and the experience has been great so far. Waiting to hear back on the plan, should hear back in a week.

Update: they weren't able to cater to me, but did not explain why.

The dentist was 40 minutes late, in a rush when explaining the treatment and at the end I could not proceed with the treatment as they found some issue

Great friendly service, nothing is too much trouble, dentist explained to me every step of the way about my treatment including my box from plus dent and how all the tools work. I would recommend plus dent to anyone out there 🙂

I went to their branch near Bank station. The dentist was very helpful, friendly and thoroughly examined my teeth and scanned them to examine if they were eligible for the aligners. He answered my queries regarding the process very clearly.

I arrived a bit early and the person in charge was already waiting for me. They were very friendly and explain me what to expect regarding the scanner and the follow up. The scan was really quick and I also had the chance to ask everything I wanted. Great service! 👍

I have a really good feeling from today. It looks that it going to help with my teeth problems. The clinic also seems very professional.
