I had a very concerning financial experience with DrSmile/PlusDental and their payment partner ZAB Abrechnungsgesellschaft mbH.
I entered into a 72-month installment agreement and paid 277.20 SEK monthly as agreed. Despite making regular payments, my case was transferred to a debt collection company (PAIR Finance) as if I had not been paying.
In January 2026 I paid 12,614.97 SEK to fully settle the alleged outstanding balance through the collection agency.
However, even after full payment, automatic withdrawals of 277.20 SEK have continued from my bank account for several months. This effectively resulted in double payment.
I have contacted the company multiple times by email and phone requesting cancellation of the agreement and refund of the overpaid amounts. Unfortunately, I have not received a proper resolution and the withdrawals have continued.
Being sent to debt collection while actively paying, and then continuing to withdraw money after full settlement, is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their payment management and customer support.
I strongly advise future customers to monitor their payment records carefully.
PlusDental dentist are among the most professional dentist I had the pleasure to meet. The treatment I receive to put my teeth back in place was great, great experience compared to other dentist.

I started my PlusDental journey in late Febuary and I can say that I have been more than impressed with the process and service!
I've had a lot of questions before starting my treatment with lot's of wishes and changes to be made. Daniela has been the most patient, friendly and helpful service I have ever encountered and made a lot of effort so I'd be happy with the result - I would like to say a special thanks to her!
I am now almost done with my treatment (1 step left) and the slight changes are visible, however not quite like the desired outcome, so I hope that changes with the last step.
All in all, great experience so far!

On Arrival to plusdental I had a great experience from entering till leaving. The doctor who lookup my case explained me everything in details whats the exact process and also what all they will be doing as a process. Now as a process they did my scan. Hope they continue the same for the whole process

I have been for a general tooth check up & scan , the staff was very polite & good at explaining the complete procedure. It was smooth & hassle free process. Recommend to try out PlusDental atleast once to have this experience

Smooth as can be really. Went in, some basic questions with the dentist, she did an examination of the teeth and took a scan and I was on my way!

The scan was very fast and the lady took pictures of my smile. Very intuitive and it doens't hurt. Even though I would still recommend to include a dentist appointment to discuss the plan. Note that I will still have my appointment around the treatment.

The reception I got was not the best. The one who took cara of me appeared a bit uncertain, it was as if she was expecting someone else. I did not feel 100 percent welcome but in all I think she did her job. Please teach your workers how to receive klient warmly. Thank you!
Went smooth and quick. Took maybe 20 min top for the 3d scan. Very satisfied so far!
