Was not lucky
It was just a photo and scanning session, no converstion at all at the partner dental place at Linnégatan. A bit disappointed at the visiting experience.
But the phone call from Plus-dental for the plan was better.

I made a 3D scan at my local dentist office 5 months ago. Since then I did not hear anything, emailed the customer service once after 2 months and they said they were reviewing my case but since then they never got back. Very weird experience.

The visit was fast and efficient
The visit was fast and efficient. Equipment looked professional and it was impressive to see the 3D model of the teeth. I got answers to all my questions and was shown how the invisalign looks.

Plusdental
3D scan, consultation, and ordering was smooth and sound - 5 stars. I received my aligners a few days ago and I can not use them because I need the IPR. I contacted the support in order to book the IPR and after 72h I received an answer that there are no available dentists at the moment and I will be contacted later. So that ends the customer journey with disappointment.

Seems great but the price?!?!
Nice onboarding but the service is way too expensive.
Not really clear how day to day life will look like after the process either. So to be clear, I only went to the dentist to make the scan and receive the proposal. I never accepted the proposal and tried the treatment, so I know nothing about that.
I found the price to be ridiculously expensive.
