Chatted with KRIS today and she really helped me on some questions with the LATEX topper we recently purchased. We are very happy with the 3" med-firm latex topper. (We bought the cover too) It is super comfortable, just right amount of firmness, but still is plush. It springs back. (our med firm mattress started sagging where we slept) Also, the shipping was very fast. BTW - there is NO smell on the topper. Just unwrap and it fluffs up right away.
We put it on our mattress the day we received it and it feels so, so good. We slept in total comfort - YAY !!!! VERY happy with this purchase and the customer service has excellent ! DEF recommend.

This mattress is beautiful and you can tell that a lot of attention and detail went into it's design. It also sleeps great, at least for the first six months or so. Sadly after that, the mattresses latex layers slowly start developing indentations where you sleep, and within a year or so you are struggling to pull yourself out of a deep crater every morning and waking up with severe back pain. Changing sleeping positions at night is very laborious due to the deep hole you find yourself in. I am on my second Botanical Bliss Latex mattress now. The first one failed within two years. The second one (a warranty claim,) lasted a year before it developed a deep crater where I sleep. For reference, I weigh 160 pounds, and my wife weighs 100 pounds, and craters developed on both sides, on both mattresses. The mattress is on a solid 3/4" plywood foundation. So our weight, or the foundation is not the issue. The issue seems to be that the latex materials used in the mattress layers is just not a durable product. It's great for the six months to a year that it last. But honestly, who wants to spend $2,000.00 every year or so for a new mattress. So I am now debating on filing my 2rd warranty claim in three years. What's the use if the mattress is just going to fail again within a year? To the people at Botanical Bliss if you are reading this. You make a beautiful mattress, but the durability of your product is totally embarrassing at this price point. You have to do better. You should also be ashamed for filtering your reviews and not allowing any negative feedback so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

I bought my second mattress from these guys during a promo. Shipping and delivery were both great, and the the mattress was good, but I needed a comfort exchange to adjust the firmness a little bit. Mike from support helped me through the comfort exchange process and now I'm sleeping like a baby. Thanks Mike!

I ordered a Natural Wood Mattress Foundation last night and had to replace it with a taller one due to a measurement error. So call customer service today. I didn't expect the call to be connected quickly. When the operator Klaus knew my purpose, he was very patient and took the time to help me solve the problem. Here, I would like to thanks his efficiency and professionalism!

Be very wary of this company. They appear not to post any negative reviews of 1-3 stars. What are they afraid of? It calls into question why they would pre-screen & delete negative reviews. Customer Service is very condescending. There is little effort to "listen" to an unsatisfactory issue and offer reasonable resolution. Additionally, what is pictured and described on the website is not what is sold & delivered. Most specifically Natural Shredded Latex Queen pillow. Additionally all "sales" never end. The price of all products never changes even though the leader might be "Presidents Day Sale ends in 24 hrs. The price will be the same no matter the holiday sale description. Caveat Emptor to all potential purchasers.

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever had. Will never purchase an online mattress again after this experience. Ordered the bliss mattress. Was extremely uncomfortable. They insisted trying the softer insert but it was not softer only thicker. Their reviews must be fake or paid because I am unable to leave a review on any of their platforms. Will likely be calling my cc company to help me dispute with them because they are dragging out this return process. After having to become very assertive with them on the phone they begrudgingly said they would schedule a pick up with a 3rd party company. When that company contacted us they said they’re booked 2 weeks out for pick up. We will not get a refund until we show a picture of the pick up invoice to plush beds. We’ll see what happens. Buyer Beware

Purchased the bliss mattress. After 3 months I wanted to return and they offered me $1200 to keep it. So I took the money and hoped it wouldn’t get much worse. 6 months the later and this is the worst mattress ever. It’s so uncomfortable that I’ve been sleeping on the cheap mattress in our spare bedroom. Don’t believe the reviews. If you can’t leave a review for them in google or Facebook, somethings up.

I had a terrible experience with Plush Beds. The mattress foundation arrived with the slats having approx 30 holes, rough areas, and not able to sufficiently hold a mattress (which is the purpose of the foundation). The center rail would not completely push down into the slat because the slat was bent. The product had what appeared to be sawdust all over it. I reached out to the company and initially spoke the first few days to a rep who was very rude and not helpful. After consecutive calls for 4 additional day, I correspond with Mary, assistant manager and the most she could offer is 50% off?? I ordered and paid for a product that arrived in poor quality condition. The money was deducted from my account. I expected a new quality product. As the other many reviews indicate, run from this company. I submitted my negative review on their website and they have yet to publish it. I based my purchase on the positive reviews on their website. I now see why there are only positive reviews....they won't accept anything but these. This is my honest opinion, I hope I am able to save someone the terrible experience and time I went through.

After experiencing an issue with my initial order, Klaus was able to help me resolve my issue and provide a replacement for my product. I was very happy with the new pillow that I received, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high-quality products and services.

Best customer service. The latex topper is a game changer! I didn't want to purchase a new mattress, but the topper has definitely made my mattress feel brand new. I'm happy with my purchase!

I never thought I would have a latex allergy. I'm not allergic to latex gloves. I guess it's a different type of latex. It took me so long to figure out it was the mattress that I missed the return window. It was hard to tell because my symptoms were off and on. I thought I just had bad allergies until my eyes started itching every time I laid my head on the bed. As far as the mattress goes, I got the botanical bliss in a Medium Firm. I slept on it for a month and wasn't too impressed because it was too soft for me (hard to roll over). Then I remembered that I could switch the layers around. I moved the hard layer to the top of the mattress and the soft on the bottom. This made all the difference in the world. I now had a nice firm bed that I liked, its just too bad that I was allergic to it. If you are on the fence between the mid-firm and firm. Get the mid-firm and change the layers. Its like having 2 mattresses in one.

I ordered a mattress and foundation and was told if I was not happy I could return it within 100 days. I did not like the mattress. They insisted I try another topper, so I did and still did not like it. I was told I could return a month later and then at pick up was told the foundation was not refundable because it was universal? It was not comfortable, was made of wood, giving me splinters when I tucked the sheets under the mattress and I did not need it if I did not have a mattress so I am out $500.00. Beware, you may not be able to return what you purchase. NOT recommended.

I'm 4 months pregnant and desperately needed to find a comfortable mattress. After trying 2 other companies, I came across this gem. I was happy they offered a trial and made my decision that much easier to try!

We just love our new latex mattress. My husband is a back sleeper and he likes a firmer mattress than I do. We were able to order medium on one side for me and medium firm on the other for him. We are in heaven! The mattress is very comfortable for both of us. We sleep so well now. It relieves all pressure points and you wake up feeling great with no pain. I have to say this is the best mattress we have ever owned.

It’s not in my budget to purchase a new mattress, but I needed an item that would make my mattress more comfortable. I chatted with customer service and based on what I was looking for they recommended a Wool topper.

I received the the Wool topper today and I am so excited to sleep on it tonight. It’s beautifully made and seems comfortable at first sight.

Purchasing from Latex Mattress Co is the best decision I have ever made. My last mattress was 20 years old, so it was time for an upgrade. I was skeptical of purchasing a mattress online, but I figured I would give it a shot. Best decision ever! I now sleep throughout the night and my body no longer hurts in the morning.
