Kris provided me with excellent service. Researched my purchases for me as I could not find my receipts...I needed them in a timely fashion for an upcoming tax appt. These toppers I purchased for a rental property are the best! I run an airbnb and I get 5 star ratings...the comfort of the bed is key! Back when I purchased them Melanie helped me and she was great too!

was looking at my order the next evening and realized I ordered a queen size topper but really wanted a king size, this was on a Sunday evening 10pm EST, emailed the support team and stated what had happened, thinking I probably wouldn't here from them until the following business day, within minutes Mark from support helped me switch it to the king size, sent me a bill for the additional amount now owed and I paid it, wow is all I can say, thank yo for the best service ever!!!

I ordered a mattress a couple of years ago from Plush Beds and have really enjoyed it. I'm starting to have some back issues and I needed to firm the mattress some, I talked with Kris in Tech Support, and Kris was a great help! Let me know all I had to do was change out the topper of the mattress and let me know what I needed to order. I'm really appreciative.

Everything was timely, actually too timely. I had chatted online with someone before placing an order inquiring how to make sure the delivery was made when I was home and ask when it would be coming. I was given an estimate of about a week and told to send them a message and ask them to request signature upon delivery when I ordered. I was assured that would be the case. However, I got the bed frame in about 2 days and the shipping company did not have record of it requiring signature so they just left it in my lawn. I was disappointed that but at least I was home. Mark told me that they marked it on their end, but it was not on the tracking info. I wasn't prepared to get it so early either, I was trying to plan and coordinate when I was getting rid of my other bed. So, I had the box blocking everything for a week because I didn't want it so soon, but otherwise I am happy.

Melanie was amazing to work with. She was quick and able to address our questions and update our order within minutes so that we were able to get our order processed quickly. Thanks Melanie. We are looking forward to getting our new mattress!

We’re loving our new Plushbeds latex mattress! Having the opportunity to trial run the mattress for 100 nights sealed the deal for us. Melanie on the customer service team was very easy to work with and explained a lot of things I didn’t know about regarding the 100 night trial period.

I'm very happy with my 3" thick Talalay latex mattress topper, from PlushBeds. Have been using it for more than a year.

I love my new bed. After getting the firm mattress (I'm a stomach sleeper) it was just a wee too firm. I wanted to try the medium firmness and given the company's mattress design & comfort exchange program, I was able to. They sent me the medium firmness and I was able to find the exact right combo for me (which, turns out, is keeping both!). Kris on the customer service team was incredible to work with - I felt heard, the information was clearly explained, and the follow up communications were timely and accurate. Now, I'm sleeping through the night and my back pain is easing each day. It's amazing!

Kris was very helpful answering my questions. She was able to upgrade the sheets that came with the mattress bundle to the organic cotton sheets for $50.

Overall the purchase and delivery were seamless but the best thing about PlushBeds has to be the follow up customer service!
