Ordered on the 3rd September still saying unfulfilled. Haven’t responded to emails and telephone number on website doesn’t even ring! Looks like I’ve been scammed 😢

I ordered a “plushie” on Dec 10, thinking it would be here by Xmas. Well it’s Jan 9 and still not here. Tracking info gives me no info beyond the ship date on Dec 14. I’ve emailed 3x without response. This is a HORRIBLE company, please avoid any business with them.

My son bought 2 mushlpushies for$79.90 and have yet to receive them. Contacted the company via email and they said I should get them with in a day. That was 5 days ago. Contacted the number and company on the credit card and they said I should get it soon. Will be contacting the credit card company to stop dispute payment. This is an awful company. Glad someone had good luck, not us.

I made an order on Facebook almost 2 months ago and it has not arrived, it was a keychain with a message. I am thinking this page is a scam.

Plushie arrived in awful condition and I sent it back asking for a refund. This happened in August 2020, and I am writing this review in January 2021. Have I received my refund, no. I keep being told that it is with some department I can't believe they haven't received it by now. Also I have reported this company to Trading Standards.

I was a little sceptical after reading the reviews, but I only did it after buying a product, so decided to roll with it. Delivery came in the promised time, and the chonky cat lamp is functional, but... the size is about twice smaller than advertised. Is it a big problem for a lamp? not really. Would I order something else, for different purposes? Probably not. All in all, you probably will get your order, but don't expect it to be what you wanted

They answer my mails but they don't do anything!

Never received my order, nothing has changed for the tracking. It’s been weeks and I’ve emailed and still nothing!! I’m pissed and I want my money back!!

What an awful company to deal with! I ordered the Black bat on the 13th April 2020, received a BROWN bat on the 16th May. I sent a photo of it to customer service to ask why I had received the wrong one. A week later, I was told that a replacement had been sent out. I e-mailed again on the 23rd August asking why I still hadn't received the replacement, I know we're in the middle of a pandemic, but three months?? I was told that I would get the replacement tracking number. I'm still waiting. Shocking experience!! Won't be using them again!

Can't really understand these reviews. It's kind of shameful and disrespectful. Maybe some were unlucky but I know a few people that bought from this website and they all received their purchase. Don't know what’s going on here on Trustpilot but they should really analyze those strange reviews!! It's not the first time this is happening on this review website. I got my second plushie today in the mail. I already received a chonky seal back in August and decided to purchase an appa plush 2 weeks ago. It's definitely worth it!!! Trust me.

You pay extra (just as in a legit eu shop), for aliexpress-type service. It took three weeks for the item to be even shipped! Please consider this before you buy in this shop. You may pay premium but the item will go from China. **After additional three weeks of waiting an angry seal came and in perfect condition. The customer service was up to their word, but the shipping time is terrible. Leading me to believe It was a scam site.
More transparency would be welcome if the owner wishes to be a trustworthy.

Bought two seals on june, got charged right away. They never got shipped and they won't give me a refund. They'll delete any negative comments from their facebook page and won't answer emails. You've been warned, don't throw your money away.

This is a scam company that sells counterfeit toys. What you pay for is not what you receive. They will drag you around for as long as possible so you cannot do a credit card chargeback. Note how they do not accept PayPal.

After ordering on the 7th of April, I heard nothing for weeks. I contacted them numerous times, and each time they would apologize and blame coronavirus. I finally received the item after nearly four months on the 28th of July. They did not even ship the item till 30 days after my order according to the tracking info.
Anyway, despite receiving the item, it looks nothing like the picture. I ordered the black chonky bat. The most obvious difference is the colour. It is a light brown. The colour is not pictured on their website, so it is not simply a case of them sending the wrong colour. Besides the colour, the bat is clearly not right. It has a squashed face, large seams, smaller ears, no tag, etc. It looks like something made as cheaply as possible, to have some resemblance to the thing they are advertising.

I contacted them three times over two weeks to request a refund and received no response. After contacting them a fourth time, threatening to contact Scamwatch, they sent a response letting me know my original tracking number and that I should contact the courier if I had not received the item. They completely ignored my refund request and my query about why it is not like the pictures. This went on for a few more weeks with responses such as “it is with our shipping department”, “we cannot cancel or refund your order, we are working on your concern”, “here is your tracking number (insert original tracking number here), you should have received the item”.

Anyway, a few months and a dozen emails later, clearly nothing is going to happen. I have concluded that this is not a one off. They will sell you crap and drag you around so you cannot do anything about it. And based on other reviews, that’s if you even receive your item.

Legit one of the best spontaneous purchases I’ve ever made! I use my chonky seal every night, it has replaced my normal pillow 🥰🥰🥰

Extremely unimpressed with this company and their customer support. Receive an email confirming my order the day I made the purchase. Money pulled from my account that day. Email states I will receive another email when package has shipped. 2 weeks later and still no update. Contact customer service for an update only to be told that my product is going through their inspection process and will ship soon and take another 15-20 business days. 3-4 more weeks?! This is absolutely unacceptable. Nowhere in the world takes that long to ship. They tried to blame COVID-19, which would have been believable 6 months ago, but everywhere else seems to be shipping products just fine now. Now I get to scramble for a different gift for my little girl, when this should have been here in plenty of time. Highly disappointed in my experience with your company
