This is a scam, don't buy

This is a scam. They'll never ship you the product and shopify won't do anything about it. Placed and order on june, still haven't got my tracking number. They'll delete your comments from facebook and just answer random stuff on their mails. Dont buy here, you'll lose you're hard earned money to this scammers.

Unauthorised transactions...

I ordered the ‘chonky bee’ and then a day later I found these reviews. I feel lucky as I ordered it early August and received it on September 4. Product quality was okay, but it definitely didn’t have enough stuffing to keep it plump so I’ll have to add some myself.
The main reason I’m leaving this review is because the day after I paid for the product I suspiciously had all these unidentified transactions in my bank account. Normally I would always use sites like PayPal when buying things online and I took a chance on this company and got burnt.
Luckily I was able to get the money back through my bank, but the fact that I had all these unauthorised transactions the day after I paid for this product is not coincidental so please BEWARE!

Order won’t ship

Placed an order in July received a tracking number that says label created, not in USPS system. Sent 3 emails asking when it will ship, with no response. Don’t order from them, you won’t receive it.

Very sad to see that a few people left…

Very sad to see that a few people left some bad reviews considering that the Covid Situation had a huge impact for small companies. I had a really pleasant experience with them, especially with their customer service which is consistently online and ready to answer any inquiries about my order. I would definitely purchase something again and I’m very happy that they are not going out of business because of this terrible situation. Wishing you all success! Keep it up Plushies & Co!!

The plushie I received looked awful

The plushie I received looked awful. Not surprising as it came vaccuum packed (for which I was charged £20)! Even after a couple of days the plushie still looked like it had been hit with a truck and there was not enough stuffing for it to keep it's shape. I emailed and sent photos asking for a refund, they agreed as long as I sent back the plushie, not sure why as they can't resell it. I asked if I sent them a copy of my proof of postage would they then refund me. Two weeks have passed, I've sent about three emails and had no reply. Not impressed.

Definitely the best present you can…

Definitely the best present you can give to someone. Randomly saw one of their ad few weeks ago and decided to purchase a chonky plush for my girlfriend’s birthday. Forget about jewelry, shoes or makeup. Trust me. She freaking loved it!!! Thanks to Josie from their customer support who recommended me the hugeeee chonky long cat. You guys fuvking rock! 🤩💯💯💯

My experience has been nothing like…

My experience has been nothing like what other people are stating here... my seal arrived after 14 days in perfect state. The customer service representative has always answered in a polite and timely manner.

Would recommend, my niece loved the "Chonky Seal".

Absolute Nightmare - Awful Bootleg from a Scam Company

Attempted to repeatedly cancel my order over a week prior to the item shipping after learning this "company" is a total scam. My emails were read and intentionally ignored. They then pretended to ship the item to shut me up after a representative argued back and forth with me over my repeated ignored cancellations.

Item arrived over 2 months later and was extremely shoddy. The plush was floppy and flat from being under-stuffed, was extremely wrinkled, had several tears and damaged spots, was very poorly sewn, off-color, and had a badly done print that was crooked.

I loveee my plushies

I already have plushies, but they are not comparable to the seal pillow from Plushies & Co! It is sooo nice, you can't help but touch it, it is pleasant to handle I really love it, I find it both cute and funny, it corresponds well to the photos and the description!

Never received... and no one cares

Never received it and no one will do anything about it. I ordered the seal plushie in April 2020 and after a month of waiting, I needed to change addresses. I emailed the company and let them know, even receiving a confirmation from Josie at Plusies and Co that they will update the address. Still, several weeks later when it finally did ship, they shipped it to the wrong address. It was processed return to sender. I contacted Plushies and CO for a refund because at this point it was June, and I didn't want to mess with it anymore. I offered to show tracking number proof that it was not delivered. They said they would send another plushie when they received the shipment back. Throughout July I emailed for a refund 3 more times, and was ignored until I got an email saying that it was at my local post office (it was not) and that I needed to call them to pick it up. Josie was kind enough (sarcasm) to include the 1800 number for the postal service. Trying to do my due diligence I contacted the post office, as the tracking number was still active at that point, just saying the package had not moved since early June. They asked for Josie at Plushies and CO to contact them. I emailed Josie 2 more times again since then and am now having my emails ignored. I feel like I am being fairly reasonable, I understand things get lost in the mail and mistakes happen, but I expect the parties responsible to fix it! Now I have to go to my bank and dispute the charge to get my money back, and I am unsure if it will be successful since so much time has passed since purchasing the item. Please, just give me my money back.

DON'T be fooled by the fake reviews

So, this is my 2nd review of this company, and NO I have not been foolish enough to order off them twice and waste my money. Act diligently when looking at the reviews on this website.

There were only negative reviews of this company until 20th July, when SUDDENLY, all on ONE day, there were FIVE positive reviews(4 being a glowing 5* star), all of them left by people who seemingly signed up JUST to review this company. How convenient!

Another legitimate negative review left on the 21st July, and immediately after, FOUR more positive reviews by people with once again, their first review on Trustpilot, how VERY coincidental!

Maybe Plushies & Co are very persuasive in asking their happy customers to leave a review? But would that explain why they were all left on the very same day, immediately after a negative review? Nope.

Notice how all of the positive reviews are left mostly by people who don't leave their surname, probably so they can't be traced and for people to discover that they are PlushiesandCo employees. Disgusting.

No doubt after this review there will be a few more positive reviews, but please, don't waste your hard earned money.

Tl;dr - look at the dates and how many other Trustpilot reviews are left by the 'positive' reviews. They're all fake.

I don‘t understand the reviews at all

I don‘t understand the reviews at all. Seems very unfair to me!! Looks like some jealous competitors are writing some fake reviews 🤔 Plushies & Co is a real company and they have been doing a great jog for a long time now. It’s the second time I purchased from them and I have nothing to say. Yes it’s true the delivery took some time because of the current covid situation so 2 weeks are still acceptable! I really recommend this company and especially the real Angry Seal Pillow ❤️ Thank you for bringing my daughter and me so much joy during these tough times!
