I have made quite a few purchases.They wash well. Comfortable and stylish. Customer service very helpful. Can someone let me know when Number 12552 will be coming back in size 1 please. Desperate to order a couple of these. Manythanks.

Nice top but there flaw in the stitching on the v neck of the garment. I’ve kept this top as the colour and fitting is good but won’t wear for good occasions

I have purchased 3 tops from your company the first two were of excellent quality and have washed well. However my last purchase; a navy top with a frill, pockets and a hood is a disappointment. I washed it for the 1st time in a mixed load so used 2 dye catching sheets, however I think even a whole pack of dye catcher sheets wouldn’t have been enough; my undies are now a dirty grey colour my white towels are no longer white my salmon pink linen shirt is now muddy orange and I am disappointed. If dyes are not fast this should be notified so that precautions can be taken.

I’ve bought quite a few items from Pure Plus now (a company based in the U.K. not abroad) and every item is true to size*, look like the images, made from lovely material, delivered promptly and wash well. So cannot understand the 1* reviews here. *I’m a M&S size 22-24 and my lagenlook top bought last year and stripey swing tunic bought this year fit perfectly. I shall continue to buy from them.

Just wonderful loose linen tops - I have lots of the asymmetrical with pockets - fave colour white - they’re my go to every season every day choice - and now I have a new style in navy - longer but no pockets - am still waiting for this to arrive in white then I’ll buy loads! Very good value for high quality items - always speedy shipping - don’t need to shop for tops anywhere else

I love the choice of styles and sizes. I'm a wheelchair user and finding suitable clothes isn't always easy but there's lots at PurePlus that is. Really happy with frocks I've ordered, as they are comfy and warm.

So good to get back to wearing natural fabrics. The designs are neutrally stylish and I feel myself when I'm wearing them. The prices are sensible and affordable. Great to know the fabrics are sourced from a good company in Italy. Thanks Claire, and the team I'll be back for more! J

Brilliant quick and efficient response from customer service when I emailed with a query after placing my order. The dresses are gorgeous - so easy to wear, cool in summer or with top and leggings added in winter!

Very expensive! Because i had to pay customs duty wich i did not expect! !! But the pants were good!

I purchased a striped swing top in Teal but when it came it was green, so I got in touch with pure plus clothing and they were very efficient and dealt swiftly to rectify the problem, I would definitely recommend them as the service I received was very good.

Buyer Beware.
I placed an order a week ago, received an email with a Royal Mail tracking number the day after and have heard nothing more. I checked the tracking and Royal Mail haven’t even got it yet! I emailed the seller and got no response. Called the number given on the sellers website and it is not recognised and finally left a message on the Facebook site. I raised a case with Paypal and received a response from the seller almost immediately. Apparently Royal Mail had ‘lost’ my order and the seller has no more in stock so has refunded me. Great, thanks, I could have bought one from elsewhere days ago.
Good quality clothing at a reasonable price. Poor service to the customer.
* This is not the first time that I have experienced issues with the poor service given by this seller. The communication is non existent which is not acceptable. Use Paypal, check the tracking and send any returns by recorded delivery as the chances are you will need to provide proof in order to obtain your refund.

Very disappointed. I finally decided to try Lagenlook and ordered a dress. I had an email saying it had been shipped. Then I got a notification that it was out of stock. I was informed that I will be refunded the cost of the dress but not the postage, which I had also paid. I've emailed asking for a full refund. I will not shop with them again.

I got the loose sized cotton dress for a relative and they loved it, ironically I’m too large for a plus sized clothing store 😅 I think it just runs in the family. I don’t know my size but my brother said I looked like a bean bag 😡

I bought 2 tops and I couldn’t recommend this firm enough. The tops are lovely and I’m thrilled. Quick turnaround from purchase to delivery. Each top was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper which was a lovely touch and made it special. I will definitely but again from them.

Great clothes except why don’t you use a draw through tie in pants as have to redo the pants band as you sell plus size pants and make waist for someone half that size
