Returning items a nightmare !!
Only used this website to purchase clothes twice so far. Both times I have had to return items due to poor quality and fitting - in my opinion.
However, the worst part is trying to return items. Both times have been a nightmare with Hermes returning parcels to me -twice - despite using the labels sent to me by plussizelagenlook for returning items. Obviously a major problem with their systems. Won't be buying from them again.

Excellent quality linen clothing... very impressed. My only comment is delivery is a little slow, but that could be a delivery service problem.
