Channel connection and customer service.
Movie said it was free on Pluto. I signed up and Pluto kicks me to the wrong movie and it ⭕️ circles around FOREVER! Tried contacting customer service and it ⭕️ circles around until I gave up.
Pluto is a piece of crap 💩

Utter ****, as an English speaker living in Germany why am I forced to watch US shows dubbed into German? No locale switching or original language is maximum 1 star from me!

Any movie I want to watch wont launch. There is always a problem. Only cheap old sitcoms.

Would give zero if I could. Adds, adds, adds, buffering, adds, buffering, start over....

Can't rewind or fast forward on demand movies like it says you can. You can only restart the whole movie over. You can pause it but you can't rewind. It's annoying but I guess you get what you pay for. Prob won't watch anything on here ever again

Poor choice of old bad movies

Pour services lack of connection it always messing up when I’m trying to watch something on demand and shuts off while I’m watching something live. Pluto tv app is a piece of bullshit!

6-7 commercials every 5-10 mins
makes it unwatchable

While Pluto tv works great on my smart tv it’s continually a problem on my fire stick . No no other app troubles on fire stick so u can’t blame it on my device , connection or other crap listed in trouble shooting guide. Ive tryed everthing and each & every firestic its the same problems . It automatically opens to a set chanel not the recent watched. It takes forever before i can even change the chanel.

I don't care about the long ads, but what sucks is that when you're trying to watch a tv show or movie and you hear the dialogue, but the screen stays on one shot! I have given up on them. GREAT content, but you CANNOT WATCH it because it doesn't load or work. And before you say "It's your TV or phone" ....Netflix and TUBI play perfect. No problems!

I tried to watch a movie and have experienced glitch after glitch making it a maddening experience.
Never again.

It used to be Pluto froze all the time, now the screen always says we’ll be right back but truthfully it’s a long time before they stream again.
Good thing it’s free cause I would never pay for this shit service

pluto sucks, just does not work, locks up, frozen screen, waste of time.

I just watched the movie Shooter with Mark Walberg and the entire ending was missing even though it ran for over 2 hours. What is the thinking behind that genius move? Well, I will never again get suckered like that.

I love the black entertainment channel, but what would be great if Pluto would add the soul train channel or put it on one of the throwback channels on Saturday mornings! Just like old times

I gave Pluto TV a 3/5 and here is why:
It is a great place to watch free content but the problems are these:
1. There are way too many ads
2. Very laggy.
3. Randomly takes you to another show.

If i could give it a 0, I would. we have a saying, "don't hang yourself because the rope is free". Just because it is free, we shouldn't go through so much hassle and aggravation. 1 day they were showing all Part 2 of a tv series (only Part 2). today I had to refresh the page 5 times during only 1 show. I am giving up on it completely.

Hard to complain about a free product, but they run the same commercial over, and over, and over.
Then a new one and its the same.

Good selection of TV shows....but their problem is.....about every 5 minutes actual TV, you then have to watch the Pluto TV logo with "We'll be right back" for the next 2 min 45 seconds.

I Like Pluto TV, but my only complaint is the Munsters playing all day. To me it’s just useless to be on the Monster channel. Too many other Monster movies that can be played. Please stop with Munsters TV series.
