Product i bought went up significantly in price from the advertised page to the checkout and then took a week to be sent. I think if I should have been notified if the item wasn't in stock.
Ordered a fan for the hot 2018 summer, took them 11 days to deliver it. Glad that i'll have a fan for the warm winter, thanks :)
HORRIBLE experience ! I will tell people NOT TO BUY from Pluus.dk
Reasons:
1. Product showed available in website when I ordered. After 2 days I was informed product was not available in their stock !
2. Missed deadline completely without even informing
3. I called personally the helpline to re-confirm the revised delivery time. From helpline I was told it will come by 6/7 August. Still product has not arrived.
If I knew they will miss the deadline like this, I would have never ordered the product from them. I dont need a fan after summer is gone. HORRIBLE SERVICE ! NOT RECOMMENED !

Worst delivery ever, tricks you to a membership. I asked customer services for delivery time. They told me 5 days, get an email later saying my product will be start shipping in my 5 days rather than being delivered after 5 days that customer services told me it would be delivered

Waited or delivery 13 days (should be max 5 days). I had to ask them constantly for order updates. Be very careful about payed club sign up. Every purchase will turn on membership which will cost you 89 kr. If you don't want it you have to call them (wait around hour) and personally cancel subscription. Product was a poor (Chinese) copy of a real product. I could make it better by myself from pc cooler and paper box. That was my first and last purchase in that shop. It was my sour punishment for not checking this shop in trust pilot before any purchase. I wont make such a mistake again.
I bought some shoe laces for about 80 kr. some months ago, and I was not aware that I agreed to some sort of a membership with that purchase... from then on they deducted 89 kr. each month, which I only detected 3 months later. It was easy to quit the membership with a phone call. However, I find it highly disturbing that they sneak you into a membership and by the way my complaint was handled, I could see, that it happens frequently. The lady I spoke to was well prepared, even with a screen shot that was right away sent to my email address. of where I could see at what point I agreed to the membership. Sure, it's my loss, that I didn't read properly my "ordreresume", so nothing to do from a legal perspective. But they surely are doing a great job in not having that information standing out in the ordering process.
Received Poor quality product. Product doesn't match as displayed on website. Take more time to Deliver product then mention on website (On website: Lev. 1-5 hverdage).
I don't even have an order number. They never sent me that. and I don't even remember what I have bought from them again this year!
I was trapped by them a couple of years ago. and this has happened again this year! From April 2018 they have started charging me 89kr. per month. I don't believe this is happening in Denmark and no one can do anything about it.
And they manage to "Report" the bad reviews on TrustPilot! So their overall rating on Trust pilot is high! I would like to block their website on all my devices, but don't know how....
