They ask you several times for pictures..Damaged product to return with you own money, very did you ever seen something like that!
Take your products back and refund my money and my 14€!!!
They also have something ridiculous as membership where they take 14€ of your bank!! And you can't find anything about this membership, but they say you can find it everywhere! Damn liars that you are!!!

They will take money from your account every month
I just noticed after 3 months that they were charging me 14 EUR a month. They take your money with the fine print. DON'T ORDER WITH THEM. Any order required you to pay a minimum of 14 euros for the first month. This is not said specifically anywhere during the process. Avoid at all costs. Buying here will end up being more expensive. They also report your reviews on this platform.

WARNING Their attitude is very immoral
Their attitude is very immoral and the brain behind it should never accept the terms and the way Pluus works from other online shop. At your first online order, you automatically agree with a membership of 14 EUR a month (!!?). Of course you don't realize it, because it is kind of hidden on the page. And because you can only pay with creditcard you discover it late. Why a membership of a shop? You only profit from it when you buy too much every month, so the only conclusion is the set up for this shop is to mislead an rob people in good faith within the tiny lines of what is legal. Disgusting! Really disgusting. Please don't spend a single Euro at this place.
