Scammers. I ignored what everyone else was saying and went from paying $290 to $740. Fing absurd.

Danny Cooper was very helpful and I would recommend him for help all the time. Shawn Ray was not clear and kept saying g no I didn't say that when me and my dad heard the same thing, Ray was not v e by helpful and it took all day to get to what we needed done.

Zade answered my questions and told me exactly what I needed to know.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

This company is a scam operation and a bait-and-switch business. Fortunately, I was able to stop the transaction and cancel my credit card before further charges occurred.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My concerns include:

• Misrepresentation of goods and services
• Deceptive advertising practices
• Billing errors that may violate the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA)
• Services not delivered as advertised
• Unauthorized transaction activity and potential credit card fraud
• Unfair and deceptive business practices under consumer protection laws

I strongly recommend that consumers exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research this company before providing any payment information.

My representative was Kevin Peterson. His broken English was very hard to understand. He got annoyed with me because I had to keep asking him to repeat information. First of all the email I got from Pocketfare listed a "24x7 customer support" number of 877-569-8221. The phone rang at least 50 times. When No one answered I had to go to Google to find another #. After 20+ rings someone finally picked up just when I was about to hang up. These calls were placed at 9:00 am. I finally got off the phone at 9:45am. Unacceptable in my opinion.

This company advertised fares that were very low, once you book they email saying they have tried to reach you and could not. Meanwhile no attempts to call were made. I waited on the line for 10 minutes and emailed and could not reach anyone at the number they requested i call. Then they called me and they tell me the airline no longer offers the price you paid and the amount will be used as a credit toward a booking they are offering you or you need to pay a cancelation fee, if you do not choose and alternative flight. The prices they are quoting you are also double what I paid and more than $100 over the amount expedia and other such sites are charging. I spent over an hour on the phone with them, first with an agent who was extremely rude and finally with a manger who also offered no explanation why, I could not verify with the airline directly that the company had reached out to book me the flights. I finally called the airline, who had no no record of this company requesting to book me flights. Then I called my credit card company and explained what happened, they cancelled my card and stated I could dispute the charge once it posted. Finally after almost 5 days, I received an email from pocketfare, they were refunding me my money with no fees.

This company is a complete scam. Bait and switching their way into stealing from customers.

Ramn help me with board pass

I would not recommend Pocketfare based on my experience. I booked a flight thinking I had a confirmed ticket, but later found out at the airport that I was not actually confirmed and could not get a boarding pass.

After booking, I was told there were issues with the fare and the price situation changed, which caused a lot of confusion and stress right before my trip. It felt unorganized and misleading because I believed everything was already finalized.

Overall, I would advise others to be very careful and double-check directly with the airline before relying on this service. I would personally not use Pocketfare again for future travel.

First of all my credit card bank kept sending me this website is flagged suspicious activity so I called to cancel the booking .... mind you it never went through but now they kept saying it will have double booking when I go to airport. I told him no since it was rejected and new tickets were bought through airline itself. When price looks too good, it maybe. They are rude nd put me on hold for a while then transferred to someone else who had an attitude then hung up while I was talking. Never use the website again

These people are scammers! Be warned I spent over 1000 using this website.These people the manager and the other people name Samuel and lady are all scammers.I am very disappointed with the book service. I highly don't recommend the website! All of these fake reviews are BS!don't waste your time for that crap!

It should be no star. This company is horrible. When my husband booked a flight with a Visa card, they said it was declined. They were lying. It was not declined. I was given a scam alert by Visa asking to see if I tried to book because obviously they saw that this company was probably a fraudulent website. Then when my husband used an American Express, they said it was declined too. American Express told me they looked through my transactions and they never declined anything. They lied again. I’m not sure what they’re trying to do. Were they trying to obtain multiple credit cards so they can get information? When I tried to cancel, they said I will be slapped with a charge of $139 for a $388 flight that will probably have many charges on top of it as soon as I get to the airport or obtain my ticket anyway. My husband was still talking and they had hung up the phone on him. What a horrible experience. I hope I can dispute the charge

This website is a total scam. I bought four tickets but never got a booking confirmation email, even though they charged my credit card. When I called about the delay, they got aggressive and demanded another $699 per passenger, claiming the airline required it. The airline later confirmed there was no booking under my name at all. It’s clearly a scam—beware of these people. I’ve lost my money and had to cancel my trip.

Please do not purchase tickets from them. They advertise clickbait prices that are not actually confirmed for the selected dates. They also fail to send confirmation emails and then attempt to charge you the actual airline fare afterward. At that point, you might as well book directly through the airline for flights and travel arrangements.
