❌ Withdrawal stuck for over 3 business days despite verified account

I submitted a withdrawal request of 1100 USDT (ERC-20) on August 5th at 7:23 PM.

My account is fully verified, all documents approved, the withdrawal address is correct, and I exceeded the bonus turnover with nearly $10,000 in trading volume.

Despite this, my withdrawal is still “In queue” after more than 3 full business days, and support keeps giving me generic replies like “your request is in the payment provider’s queue” or “refer to the public offer agreement”.

This shows a serious lack of transparency and professionalism.

Honestly, if you’re planning to actually withdraw your profits, I don’t recommend using Pocket Option.

Worst broker ever,they let you lose your trades on the last second before the prize close,when you buy an asset for instance,the prize stays up for the whole period while you're trading,and when there's one second left the speed of the candle is like a Ferrari and close below the buy trend, obvious scam,it happens frequently

My account (107915981) was blocked unfairly with ₹1000 balance. No clear reason was given. I contacted support but got no reply. Please respond or refund my money. I used UPI to deposit.

This broker is completely scam. They blocked my account and robbed 10550$. Their ISP (internet service provider) is from Czech Republic and in next review i will reveal the their ISP company's name, city etc and their finance and support team offices locatios. I already reported to the intelligence, police, cyber police etc. Law enforcement agencies are working with Czech Republic to ban their servers and everything. You also should report to the Czech Republic cyber police and law enforcement agencies if you have been scammed by them. In next review i will reveal each and everything......

They declined my withdrawal. They limit withdrawal option to one local bank only whereas I can deposit with so many options including crypto. Total scam.

Absolute pure scam

I hope this review saves even just once persons money.

I used pocket option for over a year with no issue... Thats as a 'losing' trader. If you're depositing, mostly losing and barely withdrawing, everything will seem fine, support will be good etc.

The problem comes when you begin to make money.. I was lured into using the 'Copy Trader' function by one of their affiliates. And everything seems to good to be true. My 600 balance was over 10000 within a week. At one point it hit 28,000.

Suddenly I'm no longer copying traders 'Copy trader feature is disabled for your account'. Multiple support requests all with same response 'we have right to disable any feature without explanation'.
They want to force you to trade yourself and gamble your money away knowing that due to the percentages, you will eventually go bust.

So you try to withdraw? My small withdrawals in the past, when I'm massively negative with them are complete within hours... You try to make bigger withdrawals.. hours becomes days, you email and ask whats happening, you're told its delayed further and further. Then suddenly its 'Declined'. They will say they needs different forms of verification such as proof of address, a picture of you doing a selfie, holding your ID, holding also a peice of paper saying 'Pocket Option' and the date... All of which i'd already done in the past and had verified.
They will take every measure possible to delay you to make sure you lose those funds. And if you have an Iron will and dont gamble them away? They will just block your account and wipe your balance saying you didnt follow some rule or other or broke some made up term or condition.

Please Please i emplore anybody, dont deposit, or if you have a balance, start withdrawing now in small chunks. you will never, ever be in profit from this scam company.

My honest review, Pocket option is not a Broker to be trusted. They're fraudsters, I remember my account was banned from withdrawals even upon uploading tons of required documents. I had nothing to do but to just intentionally blow the account and close it down. Worst broker ever. I Recommend quotex

I just say few words because this platform is totally scam because they didn't verify your cnic verification or face verification and if you email them they didn't answer of they answer they say check again and again and after this they didn't give you withdrawal permission and scam you.

This is a questionable platform, and I will tell folks to avoid them because they are worthless. Thanks to GOOD MERIT. I received my payment without any problems.
