I traded normally for a week, and it was very safe. I was losing my deposit, but I increased it and made a profit. Then I was surprised to find that my account was blocked in accordance with Article 2.9. This platform doesn't pay anything, just wastes your time and focus. It's a very bad platform, a waste of time and effort. I don't recommend anyone try it. The easiest thing to do is to block your account, rather than pay you withdrawals.

Fraud platform. I came across my friends and this broker did se thing to me, account ban by saying using bot. He deposited 15k and made 4k profit, this broker got nightmare and ban him and no refund his deposited money. This broker no respond email and if someone speak truth in platform, they ban emmidiately ban from chat. Crested ai bot and it made loss. Please some one take action against this broker and close their office forever. Their office is also unknown... Their telephone number also cut off. Guys plz plz plz, stay away from this scum broker.

100% scam. Please do not ignore all of the reviews thinking it wont happen to you. Even if you do manage to actually win theyll hold your withdrawal. If you want to play with fire go right ahead and try but there wont be any legal action you can take against these evil individuals.

Tried pocket option over last few years on and off , thought I had a strategy that worked for a bit , back tested , everything going well then all of a sudden it's like they won't let you win as often eventually losing your account . This time will be the last time I use them as this was so obvious what they did , I was trading for about 30 mins on the same currency pair making a bit of money , stratergy was and should be working , when I got into a profitable trade ,they deliberately froze the screen refreshed the page the whole chart was different , I was still in a trade not my original one ended up losing that one , then I decided I can't trust this site to be honest with our real money , they have had chances but no more . People if interested in binary just demo play it and trade real Forex as that is profitable .

This is a scam platform. The deep fakes being used to create ads and YouTube channels will make you think all is good. I've lost over $500 and the balance I intend to withdraw is not being processed. My mistake was to believe the ads are so real they can't be a scam, but I will be reporting their ads from today to avoid someone else falling victim. pls if you're lucky to see this before depositing, please stay away from this scam website and their numerous AI agents on the web.

Scam let you send the money then require full Id verification to withdraw, got onto them through a scammer promising ai bot that lets you trade easily

AI trading that they offer is a scam (you will lose your bets) , signals that they offer is a scam (they are fake and you will loose your money), "best traders" chart is a scam if you copy their trades,- you will loose all your balance. They have an army of YouTubers doing trading on line to get more people in, with them you will always loose your money. If you can pay out your money? Yes you can, in crypto, but you will never get to this point. Stay alert and stay away from this webpage!

I registered with Pocket Option and made a $31 deposit. The same day, I won approximately $3,800 USDT. However, due to a mistake in entering my email during registration, a duplicate account was unintentionally created.

I immediately contacted support, explained the situation, passed full KYC verification, submitted all required documents, and confirmed my primary account.

After verifying everything, I submitted a withdrawal request. Then, Pocket Option stopped the withdrawal and now refuses to process it, citing the existence of a duplicate account — which I had already disclosed and never used for any gain.

There is no fraud, no abuse, and no valid reason to freeze my funds. This is unlawful withholding of client money. Support ignores the facts and only sends generic responses.

I will escalate this to financial regulators, blockchain monitoring services, and legal authorities if not resolved immediately. Avoid this platform.
