Their user-friendly platform has a DANGEROUS feature. If you MISTAKENLY enter an amount above your available balance - unlike other brokers - Pocket Option inserts your current balance and trades ALL of it. Other brokers warn that the amount entered exceeds your balance and blocks the trade from execution.

I have lost MULTIPLE trading balances to this feature and written to them REPEATEDLY, requesting that they change that feature. They promised to put my suggestion to their technical team, but all they have done is introduced a feature where you can set a maximum amount that can be traded.

Even with that added feature mistakes can still happen Turn it off for demo purposes, and FORGET to turn it back on and your account could be $0.00 in a minute.

Pocket Options in response to a negative review said that they prioritize the protection of Traders' funds, yet they refuse to program their platform to prevent this FATAL issue, which they have DEMONSTRATED they are CAPABLE of doing by programing their platform with the maximum trade feature.

Pocket Options needs to do away with that quirk in their platform or explain WHY it is SO IMPORTANT to keep this feature that DEPLETES a trader's account with one error. Othe brokers do it. Why will they not?

Of course, if the trade wins, you win big, but it should be a CONSCIOUS decision by TRADERS if they wish to GAMBLE all their funds on ONE trade, and NOT Pocket Option forcing it if traders MAKE A MISTAKE.

For alle people stay away from this scammers, you cant witdraw youre money, they hold youre money for days. They know you will loss it. Never Pocket option. Its manipulated, when you witdraw big amount they ask you a lot of qeustions. By carefull

They are scammers forsure. Deposit $2K, started winning and building my account when out of nowhere they just block my account for "Security Reasons" supposedly when I did nothing wrong. Sent 3 emails to support team but haven't heard back for months now! Don't waste your time and money people!

Guys this is scam of scam. Don’t invest to this shit, especially copy trading, guys will drain your deposit and get profit from PO. Even if you are luckily get some profit , you won’t withdraw it

Damn!! from what I'm hearing here about hard time and difficulty in trying to withdraw I was about trying to deposit again with them after 3 years ago, but I don't want to face issues withdrawing, so I won't deposit, I'll continue to use my excess and deriv broker, seeing the complaints here with many experience myself I object to depositing bye bye PO, I will look for other similar brokers that good with withdrawals.

If u trade using MT4, they have like 3 dollar more on the spread... Which everytime u place a trade u already in red $130 dollar then u have to play catch up... That's a ridiculously high spread... They deposited process is very quick like 15 minutes u see the money their.. but they withdrawal process is ridiculously slow ... Like 24 hours or more to see they approve your withdrawal...

Always losing after years of experience. The same currency pair with a couple of indicators in demo mode works like a charm. I switch over to real mode, the same pair, same indicators and lose all my money magically. I think the whole pocket option is a scam. Just call it what it is, a casino! If I could give them minus one star, I would! Don't use this. If you want to gamble and sometimes win, just go to a casino.

I trust this platform, but now the employees of this platform have cancelled my balance and said that they will return it within 14 days, because they suspect that I used other people's funds. Although this is complete nonsense, they should not do this. When I decided to add a second bank card, they completely removed access to withdraw funds, and I do not intend to tolerate this!!!
