I started with Podbean January 1, 2025. I had NO CLUE whatsoever how to podcast!!!! Podbean HELP LINE has helped me navigate the launch and relaunch of The BIG MESSY BUN Podcast - they answered their “tickets” so fast and always said “if you need more assistance reach out”!

I HIGHLY recommend Podbean to start your podcasting journey!!!

Podbean may be the biggest platform, but their customer service is as if they are the smallest and still hungry to satisfy each and every patron with prompt, courteous and spot-on responsive resolution.

Customer service rep responded swiftly and tried to troubleshoot the issue. The podcast series was immediately back online.

Prompt and Professional

Podbean support was so helpful to me. They sent me to the proper link to not only subscribe but also cancel my account. This also left open the possibility of my return when I am ready to use there site again. Because of the refund and extraordinary customer service I will be back when I'm ready to start my podcast series.
