BIG MESSY BUN - thanks PODBEAN

I started with Podbean January 1, 2025. I had NO CLUE whatsoever how to podcast!!!! Podbean HELP LINE has helped me navigate the launch and relaunch of The BIG MESSY BUN Podcast - they answered their “tickets” so fast and always said “if you need more assistance reach out”!

I HIGHLY recommend Podbean to start your podcasting journey!!!

Podbean support was so helpful to me

Podbean support was so helpful to me. They sent me to the proper link to not only subscribe but also cancel my account. This also left open the possibility of my return when I am ready to use there site again. Because of the refund and extraordinary customer service I will be back when I'm ready to start my podcast series.

Podbean Customer support done right!

Podbean customer support is easy to contact and they get back quickly with useful information for fixing any problems you might have.

I had an issue with long load times and Bert from podbean helped fix the problem for me over email.

Great product & service

Great product. We've tried out Buzzsprout and Podbean for quite a large podcast. Podbean is miles better. API connection is amazing so we can connect podcast scheduling to our back end software. Support were brilliant. Highly recommend! Thank you @Podbean for a great product and service!
